This is a beachfront walk-out unit, so you can go directly from your condo onto the beach!! Steps away from the incredible Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.

I am a RE management company, and my client just bought this condo. We spent a lot of time and money putting it into excellent condition. It was thoroughly cleaned, then completely painted. We purchased a lot of new furniture, including the sofa sleeper, dining table/four chairs, and patio furniture. New ceiling fans and light fixtures were substituted for the old ones.       Walk right out the door onto the white sand beach

      Left on 12/14/2012 for a stay in November 2012

      This place is exactly as described, totally clean and almost everything inside and out is new. It is wonderfull to just be able to walk out the large sliding glass doors onto the top rated white sand beach. Great location near Red Hook allows for easy access to good food and drink. Save money, sip drinks right out of your fridge, use your own bathroom and still only be steps away from the beach all day long. Tv gets cable channels and New York broadcasts, plus with the free WiFi you have access to all the internet you want even when out on the deck or in the lounge chairs on the beach. Great place to stay for a wonderful beach getaway.
