High on the top of a hill the house commands an incredible 360 degree view. This is our second visit and we are still in awe of the view.
The comfortable and well equipped house is well suited for couples, plenty of privacy , and families with older children. There are a lot of steps as the house is very large and spread out over many levels to enjoy the caribbean view from many areas. Nice large bedrooms w baths , sitting areas,and private terraces, huge pool terrace with many seating and lounging areas.
We have been coming to st thomas/st John for over 20 yrs and still enjoy these islands.
The house is a few minutes away from Red Hook with its good restaurants, grocery store ,marina,and some shops. We like this area better than charlotte amalie. Yes it does take a little courage to drive the roads to the east end but well worth it!
This visit , we came with our adult children and I wish I had photographed the look on their faces when they saw this wonderful house and view. -

Beautiful and relaxing. Accommodations were clean. My suggestions would be to fix up the kitchen a bit. Once the dishwasher was fixed; we then could not use the oven. Mike is handy but maybe an electrician would be more knowledgeable. Overall a great place to stay for the week.

This is where Tim and I got engaged and boy was it memorable. The villa is located at the top of the mountain on the highest point in St. Thomas. You actually have to rent a vehicle with 4-wheel drive to get to the villa, but when you do, you realize it's all worth it. Every spot in villa has a gorgeous view of the carribean - I mean every spot - even the showers have full length windows and again, it is just an amazing view. There is a smaller pool with a waterfall on the main patio - this is the patio with the 360 view! The doors to the living room all open up and there's a great sound system you can jam out to while relaxing in the pool or sunbathing. There's also a bar on this patio and lots of floats and stuff for the pool. The 2nd patio is off to the side of the property and it gets used in the evening when the main patio is a little on the windy side. This patio has a nice jacuzzi and again, a great view of the carribean (are you tired of hearing this yet?). The inside of the property isn't exactly state-of-the-art brand new, but the views and comfort of the property outweigh the minor details. The property manager lives just below the villa, although you would never know it, because i only saw her when we arrived the first day and she met us at the base of the mountain. Anyway, she was so accomodating and helpful. She even helped my husband arrange to have a chef come in and prepare dinner for us on the patio at sunset and that's when the magic happend - he proposed and i said yes! Wow, so many great memories at this place - just amazing and if you are lucky enough to make it to St. Thomas - go to Villa Fantasia - it is a place you will never forget!

Even though we were in St. Thomas for our son's wedding, it was hard to tear ourselves away from Villa Fantasia, and amagine our surprise when we found out our son had rented the sister villa right next to us. We set our clocks to be up for every sunrise and the only sunset we missed was the one during his wedding - which we still were able to see from his reception location - we just didn't have the good seats we had at Villa Fantasia :) One morning we sat for twenty minutes afraid to move while we watched a whale.
Can't say enough about this villa you have to experience it to believe it.
