This spacious three bedroom stone villa is only 15 minutes by foot from the center of a medieval village, on a country road near hiking paths. Villa is well-appointed, has three bedrooms sleeping 6 comfortably, plus a mezzanine for a child in one bedroom. It has a large dining, sitting room, a fireplace, a large dining terrace, with perfola, a stone barbecue, fully-equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, appliances, and wifi access. Villa has a separate laundry room with clothes washer, and separate freezer. It is located within a short walking or biking distance from the village in a enclosed garden with a swimming pool.
