Close to quaint towns for shopping, dining, sight seeing, sports/spas and entertainment [Mont Tremblant, St.Jovite, Ste.Agathe, St.Donat, Val David, St.Sauveur.] The cottage is on Lac Montagne Noir, a large clean, quiet, private, gorgeous lake with a sand bottom. Close to Ste. Agathe in the heart of the Laurentians, the cottage is surrounded by the lake, mountains and trees. Located on a small [dead end] quiet street with privacy and plenty of parking. It is a wonderful, quiet and relaxing getaway. Only 75 minutes drive from Montreal and a short drive to nearby towns and ski stations. On the property you can swim, dive, fish, boat, hike, ice fish, xc and ice skate. At Mont Tremblant resort you will find outdoor activities ALL year [golf,beach,hiking,XC,downhill skiing,etc.,]. You will also find skiing at Mt. Garceau & Mont Blanc.

I was fortunate to find this beautiful cottage to take my parents for their 85th birthday celebration. The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was in excellent condition and the cottage was adorable and perfectly decorated. The large dining area was so spacious and comfortable for the entire family to sit in and eat our meals. The views of the lake from the deck and in the house were breathtakingly gorgeous! We swam everyday and kayaked across the entire lake. We even got to fish! The variety of boats was wonderful(kayak,canoe,paddle) and they were easy to get in and out of the water. I wish I was there longer and I will absolutely be coming back next year.

Great location and great lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking and canoeing, and just relaxing. Cottage was charming and and had all the amenities. Will definitely want to return!

I rented the cottage with my wife and 2 kids in the winter as a ski chalet. it is an extremely quiet and relaxing place to be and to sit by the fire and stare at the lake. the house is very clean and well maintained. Absolutely everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to linens and towels were included. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

This cottage lived up to the true beauty shown on your website..All modern appliances including kayaks and boats.Everything new and clean.
The mountain cottage was a refreshing vacation away from the heat and noise of the city.
Words cannot describe the view from the windows and porch It was unbelieveably beautiful to watch the sunrise over the lake.

My life-partner Marc and I were lucky enough to have happened upon this highly recommended Lakefront Laurentian Cottage with every single amenity imaginable! It's a beautiful cottage-as you can see in the photo-truly a house on Lac Montage Noir with stunning views. Located in the mountains-the cottage was very easy to find. We loved the large flat-screen TV/video selection and the outdoor porch w/"the view" as well as everything else anyone would need/want for onsite indoor and outdoor fun!
The purpose of our stay was a "Romantic Get-A-Way". It was the perfect choice! It was calm, quiet, romantic, beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. We felt as if we found a home away from home! We are planning to return as soon as we can get away again. Please check out the photos, you will be happy that you did!
