If you are looking for the best location in Paris, look no further, this place is made for you!
This 25 sqm studio is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) and laid out as one large living and sleeping area with a separate bathroom and a semi separate kitchen.
This studio is designed for up to two guests.
There are two large windows letting in plenty of natural light and allowing for spectacular views of the neighborhood. The white carpet and white furniture make it a very pleasant place to hang out.
The sofa is a futon and extends to a bed at night. All modern facilities are included in this studio: Microwave, Internet, clothes washer etc.
You’ll be amazed by the choice of hip places where you can have a drink or enjoy dinner literally a couple of footsteps away. You will also find a bakery, a newsagents, a supermarket to do your grocery shopping.
Within 200m from the studio you can go and enjoy a movie at one of the two large cinemas on Odeon crossroad. A little further away you can enter the Luxembourg gardens either for morning jog or a lazy Sunday newspaper read.
I and my roommate we were in paris for a study program and we stayed the apartment for 2 months. I was a very nice and unforgettable experience! we love the quartier which we think is very typical Parisian. it was very safe , convenient and people are very friendly around! Erik was really helpful and nice! He helped us settle down when we just arrived which was beyond his responsibilities as an landlord! He was always available either on phone or on email. He never turned back when we asked for help. The apartment is small but very cute and it fits better for 2 people to stay . There are a lot of antique furnitures in the apartment and we were always very careful when using them.

My daughter and I had a perfect stay in the small but very tasteful decorated, comfortable and clean apartment, all the sightseeing spots, we wanted to see, were in walking distance. Great!!! We can highly recommend our host Erik, everything went smoothly (the key, the wifi, the heating,...). We definitely will book the apartment again, if we return to Paris! Gaby and Anna.
