Set in the gated Domaine de Vertmarines development of detached villas with private heated pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away, in St Jean de Monts, we have a selection of these villa Emeraude for 8 persons which are large 4 bedroomed and 2 bath/shower rooms detached villas each with a private pool.

Accommodation and facilities

There is free Internet at reception, but not in the villas.

All houses are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ slightly from the following description - The kitchen (10.43 msq) has a dishwasher and a washing machine, electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink with crockery and c...utlery for 8 persons.

The large lounge (34.98 msq) has 8 chairs and a dining table, buffet and chest, sofa and armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool terrace.

There are garden chairs and table.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms :

Bedroom 1 often has a double bed . Wardrobe. Bedside table and lamp. Bedspread, 2 pillows.

Bedroom 2 : Wardrobe, either 2 single beds or a double Bedside table and lamp, 2 bedspreads, 2 pillows.

There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath and handbasin and a separate toilet.

Upstairs are bedrooms 3 and 4 and a shower-room with a toilet and handbasin.

The bedrooms are as follows :

Bedroom 3 : Wardrobe, either a double bed or 2 singles , bedside table and lamp, bedspread, 2 pillows.

Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds or a double bed . Wardrobe. Bedside table and lamp. 2 bedspreads. 2 pillows.

Sheets and towels are NOT provided but can be hired.

The villas have sandy plots and tiled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres and can be heated. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land. There is a garage.

Barbecues are not provided but they are authorised.

The villas were built during 2002 - 2004.

The pool is approximately 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.70m at the deep end. Please note it is forbidden to dive.

The pool will be in use from 15/5.

There is a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres.

Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.

Please ask for the heating of the pool to be turned on, no less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
