Set in the gated Domaine de Vertmarines development of detached and semi-detached villas with private heated pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away in St Jean de Monts, this villa Turquoise for 4 persons is a 2 bedroomed semi or detached bungalow for 4 persons with a private heated pool.

Accommodation and facilities

All the ECA villas are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the following description :

In the large lounge (35.80 msq) there are 4 chairs and a dining table, buffet and chest, sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, and french windows opening onto the pool terrace.

The americain kitchen ar...ea has a dishwasher and a washing machine, 4 electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink with crockery and cutlery for 4 persons.

Outside by the pool there are 4 garden chairs and table.

The 2 bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe. Bedside table and lamp. Bedspread, 2 pillows.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds or bunk beds, wardrobe. Bedside table and lamp. 2 bedspreads. 2 pillows. Curtains.

There is a bathroom with separate toilet.

There is a garage 21.63 - 21.79m².

The villas have sandy plots and tiled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land.

Please note that the heating of the pool is payable.

Barbecues are NOT provided but they are authorised.

Please ask for the heating of the pool to be turned on, (no less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival) and bear in mind that it is a payable extra by meter reading as well as water, on arrival/departure. The water bill will include water to top up the pool.

The pool is approximately 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.70m at the deep end. Please note it is forbidden to dive.

There is Iinternet access at reception, but not in the villas. The villas were built during 2002 - 2004. The photos are example interior and exterior photos.

Other outdoor facilities

Private heated swimming pool approx 8 x 4 metres.

The price is NOT inclusive of electricity/water and is therefore payable as an extra.
