Accommodation and facilities
Residence Les Mas de Vertmarines is only 1300m from the famous long, sandy beach and by the forest. The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby. The old town centre is 3km away. Try your hand at the sand yachting or watersports near the golf course.
There is an exit at the back of the residence Les Mas de Ve...rtmarines, that will take you to the forest, where you can enjoy excellent bike rides or walks .
Saint Jean de Monts is a great place to buy fresh food as it has many market days and places, especially in Summer. Market in Saint Jean de Monts, Vendee.
All the houses are tiled inside with white walls and many have locally made pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.
The width of beds are Double :140cm, Single : 80cm.
There are blankets and pillows in the villas, but you will need to bring your own linen and towels or hire it.

On the ground floor, there is a lounge/dinning area with a sofa, a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen corner has a sink, hot plates, a mini oven, a fridge and storage space.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with either 2 single beds, bunk beds or a double bed, a mezzanine bedroom with sleeping arrangement for 2 people and a bathroom and separate toilet.
Every house has a private garden with terrace, garden furniture and a parking space.
TV is payable as an extra. Barbecues are permitted, but they are not provided.
The first swimming pool is heated and open from 26/05 to 16/09 and the second one from 16/06 to 15/09.
There is free WIFI access at reception.

There are 280 villas in this complex and only approx 100 are rented out direct by their french owners. The houses are in groups of 4, 6 or 8. They were built between 1995-1998.
Electricity is payable at all times, as well as the final clean if you do not want to do it yourself.

There are two heated swimming pools (one open from June to end September 9am - 8pm), a reception, a laundry, and bike hire can be arranged. The other pool will be open July/August.
There are numbered separate parking spaces as the complex is pedestrianised.
The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby.
There is a SPAR supermarket and some restaurants 1 km from the residence and the old town centre of St Jean de Monts is approximately 3 km away.Read more
