This beautiful, Provençal-style family home is located in lovely countryside, 2 min from a small village with amenities and 5 min from Alès with all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and café bars etc.
Set in 3,500m² of mainly lawned gardens, the south-facing house overlooks the beautiful 9.5 x 5m pool and shaded terraces. Lovely outside space with dining areas and sun terrace.
Spacious and modern living accommodation. 4 bedrooms to sleep 8. Two family bathrooms. Wi-Fi internet and table tennis.

The property is located 5 min from Alès.
Small village of St Jean (1.6 km) has basic amenities; boulanger bakes excellent bread, and also sells delicious local fruits and vegetables, groceries and newspapers. The village also has a pharmacy and a doctor. There are a few tennis courts in the village; visitors just need to book a court from the local Mairie or town hall.
There are many local markets, featuring delicious local produce as well as pottery and crafts. At some point between June and September, almost all the local villages host a fete votive - a local festival, complete with music, dance, food, drink, stalls, and entertainment for all generations lasting to the small hours.
Alès has all shops and supermarkets and many restaurants and café bars.
Superb countryside all around with wine domaines and pretty villages to discover.
