Charming 2 bedroom apartment in prestigious St Paul domaine with swimming pool and delightful views of St Paul de Vence medieval village and wonderful countryside.

This lovely property is bursting with character and light. Situated at the top of one of St Paul de Vence’s prestigious domaines – it enjoys glorious views from all sides. The domaine is entered from a picturesque and quiet country road by a coded gate, you then drive to highest point of the residence and can park easily. There is a swimming pool surrounded by great views, available for use from 1 April to 1 October.

The apartment itself is accessed through a prett...y gate – it has a sweet, private garden with seating area – above that is a spacious terrace with another area where you can sit and enjoy outdoor dining.

You access the apartment beside the terrace and enter directly into the sitting room area, which is an unusual, curved room with windows opening out onto glorious views all around. Tastefully decorated, this room is a delight to spend time in.

The kitchen is in excellent condition and is fully equipped.

Off a corridor to the left is a twin bedroom with parquet flooring and ensuite shower room. To the right is the master bedroom with King sized bed and ceramic floor tiles. There is a large dressing area and ensuite bathroom with telephone shower in the bath.

This apartment is a wonderful combination of taste, comfort and light – it is an absolute delight for a holiday.

Wifi is available from the neighbor’s reception – no code is needed.

Strictly no smoking inside the property, however you can smoke in the garden or on the terrace.

A car is recommended for this property. It is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, however by car they are only a short journey away and there is a large Leclerc supermarket located at the far end of the street the domaine is situated on.Read more

Additional Location Information

St Paul de Vence is located between Nice and Antibes but further inland. If you turn north around Cagnes sur Mer you will discover St Paul after an approximate 10 minute drive. It is a small but perfectly fortified village - one of the region's main tourist attractions with its tiny streets and numerous art galleries.

The cicle of ramparts were built in 1536 and remain unbroken. A walk around them gives a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

St Paul is a wealthy town with plenty of pretty restaurants and numerous boutiques - it is also wonderful to spend an afternoon in the local cafe watching the locals playing boules.

This private residence is less than a 5 minute drive south of the village.
