A charming apartment in Old St-Tropez

Left on 04/02/2013 for a stay in March 2013

Very close to the port. Exactly as described by the owner. Very clean - although quite old (bedroom in the attic, beware of your head! - but that makes the charm of the place) Nicely decorated and comfortable. Toilet separed from the shower room: ok, nice sinks in both shower room and toilet. Easy operated cloth washer and dryer. Dishes is very clean and complete set of utensiles. Nice to hear the rain on the roof, with the bells from the church.
Although the directions to the apartment were well detailed, we never found the restaurant across the apartment as it was closed for the winter period . We loved our stay at Mary's place. Our contact via email with Mary were friendly and quick.

Response from Mary Oliverson - 04/07/2013

I am grateful for the kind complements in this review. I was surprised that Diane had difficulty with the directions. I always provide a detailed map with arrows to get to the apartment. Apparently l'Orient Restaurant had taken their sign down during the winter months when they were closed.

Previous guests have complemented me on the excellent directions. As far as the entry hall is concerned, I keep it swept clean, but cannot do more as I do not own of this part of the building, unfortunately.

One correction, the stairs go up 3 floors not 5 as stated in the review.

This suite could not have been more perfect in terms of quaintness, location, layout and amenities. It's proximity to the old harbour was a key feature for us along with easy access to great restaurants deli's and shopping.
Be prepared for a very relazed atmosphere.

Perfect location, comfortable space, and walking distance to eve

Left on 07/02/2012 for a stay in June 2012

As we arrived to St. Tropez it was very late. Also, it being my first time there with tons of luggage it was difficult to walk around and find it. But, we fouund it and it was perfect for our trip.
The location was a minute's walk from the Marina, shopping, and cafes all down on the best part of St. Tropez. If you have a lot of luggage get ready to walk from the parking lot and to bring them up to the top floor where the unit is located.
The flat was completely well appointed with lots of light and space. It was so cozy with an old provence feel to it. Being in an older building it was renovated yet very clean and new.
We loved being so close to the action yet it was not loud and it was on a small street with such a charming old France feel.
Mary was a delight to deal with, honest, responsive and the apartment...it had everything to be comfortable.

      Perfect Location, well equipt apartment!

Left on 06/05/2011 for a stay in June 2011

Lovely Cozy apartment right in the heart of St Tropez... couldn't be a better location! I don't normally write reviews, but the reason I am taking the time to do this is because the apartment is the most well equipt apartment I have ever stayed in. Everything you could want, Mary has thought of it! Thank you for lovely holiday!

      Charming and Comfortable...

Left on 01/09/2011 for a stay in October 2009

My stay at Mary Oliverson's flat in St. Tropez was everything
I hoped for... It was conveniently located, yet peaceful to
return to after a fun, busy day exploring the area. I found
everything I needed...a lovely, well equipped kitchen, cozy
sitting area and comfortable beds. Mary had many nice
touches...bottle of wine, along with fluffy fresh towels
and linens. My friends and I felt well cared for...and
      enjoyed the comfortable, cozy ambience.
