Noise late at night on the week-ends and very bad smell in the toilets. No heat in late september. But you are downtown in 5 minutes ( or less ).

Apartment was as described. Small but very clean and a great location on a pedestrian street. Very enjoyable stay while I was in Spanish school. Nice to have a kitchen for preparing meals. Air conditioning was also appreciated.
