Nice attic with garden and pool outside in Salamanca next to Mall El Tormes is also located close to Media Markt and Leroy Merlin. It has tourist license and WIFI.

The attic has three spacious and bright bedrooms (1 double and 4 singles), lounge, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and three large terraces. All rooms are exterior and are fully furnished. It is located on the third floor with elevator.

There is direct bus line connected to the center of Salamanca. The frequency of the bus is 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on Saturdays and holidays

Appliances: Washing machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD, aspirator.

Provided with sheets, blankets and bedspreads for all beds.

Parking in the street in front of the building with total availability and sufficient parking space at any time and any day. Parking is totally free.

Very quiet and gardens on the estate and surrounding areas, a summer swimming pool available. The swimming pool is available in summer season.

The nearby shopping center (walking 2 minutes) has many restaurants, clothing stores, supermarkets, cinemas, video game stores, etc ...

All rooms are exterior and are fully furnished. It is located on the third floor with elevator.

The arrival in the house is very simple. If you arrive by public transport once it has come to the city of Salamanca will have to take the number 10 bus route which has several stops in Salamanca, as in the Gran Vía street of Salamanca. This bus has a frequency every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays. Once on the bus get off at the stop Mall El Tormes and from stop 3 minutes walking you will reach the house.

If you come by car it is easiest to access by road from Madrid coming to The Mall roundabout Tormes, the sign of the mall has great visibility. From there you have to turn to Burgos Street is a few meters away.

The pool is communal for all residents of the community buildings. It is a swimming pool that opens in the summer season. Normally the opening dates of the pool are from June 15 to September 15. These dates may vary in days depending on the weather conditions of each particular year.
