This 1500 square foot condominium is centrally located in the old Pickering school. Plenty of exposed brick, recently installed hardwood flooring and "classroom size" window make this place feel like the last day of school all year round.
With easy access to all areas of the Salem, Beverly area, and a short train ride to downtown boston, its hard to beat the location. On and off street parking is readily available.

This place was great. Its a bit out of the downtown area, but within easy walking distance. Having been here on halloween, I can safely say its where you want to be if you want to get away from the crowds and horrendous parking issues that come with a trip to Salem in october.

I rented this condo in fall of 2008 and had an amazing time. This place is huge, quiet and comfortable, within 5 minutes of downtown.
