Furnished in an appealing continental style, this lovely villa is set on a hillside in a rural location enjoying views over Parque da Floresta golf course. The living area is open plan with sunken seating area around the fireplace. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the lounge. Adjacent to the lounge is a large dining room with patio doors opening onto the garden. From the lounge, there is an open staircase (handrail only on one side) leading to a mezzanine containing 3 single beds for children ( extra cost applied), television and shower room.
