July bookings:July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.

Went with my wife for our anniversary - great place and location. Very nice house with lots of room (and ping pong :-) - close to but not in town so you have peace and quiet but quick easy access to Salida for restaurants and stores. Arkansas river is equally close with great fishing. Nice deck with a great view of the range to have your your morning coffee or evening drinks on .

I rented this particular cabin for a surprise birthday present for my wife. We snow boarded all day then relaxed all night. It was beautiful and clean. We can't wait to go back

This home was located in mountain heaven with hikes everywhere. Salida is a great town, with everything you need. We would go back for sure. Home was well maintained and very comfortable.
