Excellent place to stay in Salida. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Back yard patio was perfect for an enjoying an evening beverage or morning coffee. There were four bikes for use when we were there along with helmets, locks, and a floor pump - so no need to bring any biking extras besides.
Kitchen was extremely well outfitted with plates and glasses as well as everything you needed to cook either a quick breakfast or a nice multi-course dinner. There are a couple of growlers in the cabinet that can be filled down at either Moonlight Pizza or amica's for a little take-home beverage action.
We will most likely stay here again!
The Townie is comfortable, well-equipped, close to our family an

We appreciate the ease of working with Pinon. They are most helpful in making choices and accommodating our needs.
The Townie certainly provides all that we desire during our month stay being closee to town and our family. Although we appreciate the well-stocked kitchen it is a bit too crowded not leaving much room for grocery items or items brought with us. We would property recommedn this property to others. Anytime I rent one of the properties managed by Pinion Real Estate Group, I am never disappointed. They are the most wonderful folks always willing to go the extra mile.
Their properties are always clean and well stocked with everything you could want. I only wish I had the funds to stay more often. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Over all the little home was nice. It was clean. The branches in the front of the house need to be trimmed so you can park your car in front and be able to get out of your car. The dog smell going out the back door was nasty so we tried not to go out the back. I really did not care for the E-mail after I go home about a table cloth missing from the home. besides not being a stealer and needing a table cloth, we are always hurting for room in our luggage. We appreciate these kind of comments so that we can fix problems before they get too big. We were able to identify the dog smell and eliminate it. The house is and always has been pet-free.
As for the table cloth, things often get put in luggage by mistake or end up getting put away in the house in a place that we didn't think to look.

Have stayed at the Townie at least four times over the past couple years. It is a home away from home. Always spotless. Always has everything I need and often things I didn't think I would need. It is a short walk to the shops downtown. I am looking forward to my trip back this fall. The rental aspect was seamless. Overall a very positive experience. I have referred my brother who has started using the Townie as well when he goes to Salida to see our Dad.
