Left on 07/09/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Been there for a week with my baby, wife, and my parents'wife.
Everything went fine except a problem of heating in the bathroom that Susan fixed in about 2 days.
3 stars instead of 5 because the furniture is very basic; (yet comfy, but you may think you are stuck in the 1980's) the internet connection advertised in the description is some neighbour's and not reliable at all (disconnecting every 5 minutes or so); no dishwasher/wash machine/dryer is something we regret (not mentioning you need your car to go to the nearest laundromat)
The location is nice, very close to a nice and quiet beach (totally quiet compared to the North Hampton beach); there are 2 good lobster places in a walking distance; just wished there was a sidewalk to access it (pushing a stroller on this main road is not cool)
