Location of the villa:
The villa is situated on a sunny south facing plot in a private community above the still truly Spanish Costa Tropical of Granada. Beaches, restaurants & shops are 5 minutes away. The community recreational area is an easy 3 minute walk away. Our guests have free use of the facilities which include a communal pool, children's pool, playground, tennis court, table tennis, football pitch and a basketball hoop.
Nearby Places of Interest:
The historic city of Granada with the spectacular Alhambra Palace is only 45 minutes away. The small mountain villages of the Alpujarras are well worth exploring. Other places of interest include Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves. Our guests love this area because it is still Spanish and very much unspoilt. It is how the Costa del Sol used to be before it was overdeveloped. This is a lovely villa with all the amenities. Basic necessities (including bottle of tinto) awaited our arrival. We were a party of 6 and were very comfortable. Pool, hot tub, patio with gas grill all great. Located in the hills above Salobrena with great panoramic views, but a drive to the town. Beach restaurant in Puerto de Motril great (golf course was a bit cheesy and over-priced), historical sites and charming towns nearby. Easy one hour drive to Granada or Malaga. We were very well catered for by Christine at Cumbra Villas. Ps. the electricity for the pool is pricey.

We were welcomed and escorted up to the villa. Christine showed us around the villa and explained how things worked. The villa was spacious and airy with high ceilings. It was bright and clean and well equipped. The fixtures and fittings were contempory and the furniture was comfortable and of good quality. The only small problems we had were with the air conditioning and the dish washer. We guessed how to use the dishwasher by randomly pressing buttons and didn't need the air conditioning. The location of the villa was fabulous - great views of the sea, coast, mountains and castle. The villa was private and wasn't overlooked. The pool was very warm and clean and the hot tub was an extra luxury. There are several large supermarkets in Salobrena and many restaurants. We loved the scenery and typical old town best. We were a little disappointed that only a few restaurants appeared to be open because it was mid November and they were all empty which doesn't create much atmosphere. The other thing we were surprised at was the cost of electricity and heating the pool. We didn't use the air conditioning and only used the dishwasher 3 times. There was only 2 of us and we were out most days and it cost 153,22 euros for the week. Overall we had a great comfortable week and look forward to returning.

The villa had everything we could possibly want to make our holiday a wonderful experience. The pool was perfect and the views from our balcony lovely.

We stayed for à week in villa bueno Vista and it was wonderfull! It's perfect for Little childeren. Everything is there even a Little potty for the young ones.
The pool heating was the good temperature and the hot tube evenso.
The temperature in the evening was à lot colder due the wind.
When the toaster broke there was à new one within the houre! Very good service! -

we went on vacation with a group of friends. we hired some cars and stayed a week in the willa buena vista. We had a really great time. everything was fine and taken care off. the communication was excellent. We were happy that everything went well.

We stayed in Villa Buena Vista from 5th-15th august. The villa is just as it appears on the information, large very clean with fantastic views. We were a party of 10 with 4 children aged between 9 and 16 and there was plenty to do although the villa was so lovely the children just wanted to stay by the pool. There are lots of restaurants in the nearby town of Salobrena, Malaga airport is about 1 hr 15 miuntes away. A car is needed as the villa is situated on the side of a hill. Cumbrevillas were very professional and when we had a problem with our washing machine, an engineer came round the next day.
The villa is situated over two floors with 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor next to the swimming pool and outside terrace and one bedroom at entrance level where the lounge and kitchen were. As we ate outside all the time we had to carry food up and down the stairs which was not a problem for us but may be an issue if you have people with limited mobility. The villa has central air conditioning, which was a great benefit during our stay.
Overall a lovely villa in a great location and very hot! -

We hebben enorm genoten in dit huis waar echt alles Fantastisch is, prima zwembad en een geweldige Jacuzzi een heel mooi uitzicht over de Middellandse zee.
Wij zeker van plan om terug tekomen naar dit Fantastische plekje.

Hi Marla, we had once more a wonderful stay in one of your villas! As always, everything was perfect: the house was beautiful, very clean and well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were warm and nice. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the pool and had all our meals on the porch. Thank you also for recommending the restaurant Los Laureles in almu?ecar, we had a delicious lunch there twice. See you next year!
