This minimalist style villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday under the Spanish sun, including 7 terraces, each with breathtaking open sea views, a private, heated pool & a 6-seater hot tub and a new outdoor kitchen near the pool.

What makes this house so unique is the fact that it is situated 15 metres above street level. It is accessible through its own private lift. This fabulous, split level home offers absolutely stunning sea views due to its soaring and dominant position on the hillside. The villa is great for adults or families with older children since each of the 3 bedrooms is on its own level and has its own..., en-suite bathroom. The villa boasts designer furnishings, central hot/cold air conditioning with individual thermostats in each room and WI-FI internet access.

The 3 terraces that surround the pool are very spacious (220 metres in total) and can easily accommodate everyone. There is an outdoor kitchen and a nice covered porch by the pool so you can stay cool and enjoy nice meals here. The heated pool is 7 metres long and ranges from 3.2 to 4 metres in width. The hot tub has 2 recliners and seating for 4 additional people. You emerge from the hot tub feeling relaxed and revitalised at the same time. It is medicinal!

The community recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros complex is 3 minutes away. There you’ll find a large pool, tennis court, table tennis, football pitch & even a basketball hoop. Our guests have unlimited use of these facilities.

Restaurants and the closest beach is 5 minutes away in Salobreña, and the nearest golf course is less than 10 minutes by car. This holiday rental villa is located at about one hour from Málaga and Granada airports, and less than 1.5 hours from Almería airport. It is possible to ski from December to April in the Sierra Nevada mountains, which are less than 75 minutes away. You can ski in the morning and enjoy a late lunch on the beach in the afternoon.

This self catering holiday accommodation is located in the heart of the still largely undiscovered Costa Tropical in Andalusia. This is what the Costa del Sol was like years ago before it was overdeveloped. With easy access to the historic city of Granada and the breathtaking Alhambra Palace, the Alpujarras with its small villages that cling to the hill side where it seems as if time has stopped, and the Sierra Nevada mountains, this is a wonderful place to experience the authentic Spain. Other places of interest include Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves.
