Residential complex of 8 apartments, opened in summer 2002. The complex is ideal for families and couples. Situated approx. 250 m. from The “Europa Place” and the town center of Salou, where you can find a variety of shops, banks, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The soft sandy beach and the “Jaime I promenade” are approx. 600 m away and Port Aventura Park is approx. 500 m. This complex has a nice shared swimming pool (opened in high season) with kiddies section, lift and paying parking facilities.
