Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We stayed four nights and skied two days at alta and Snowbird. Though we didn't take advantage of the home's convenient access to Big Cottonwood Canyon, we would love to return for a longer stay to enjoy what both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon have to offer. The two day ski pass we purchased from Utah Vacation Homes was very convenient and relatively inexpensive.
When we arrived the lights were on and the heat was humming. The garage door opener was easily accessible and we pulled right in. The garage was very spacious for storing wet ski equipment and clothes between ski days, plus plenty of room for the vehicle, just be careful if you have a large vehicle and a roof box as the garage height was just barely tall enough to fit our Toyota Highlander and Thule roof box.
The home itself was very spacious, perfect for two families (a total of 9 people one night). The heat was cozy and the hot tub was perfect! I really loved the convenience of the garage remote on a cold winter day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cups, and plates. We were very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the bunk-beds in the kids room were a hit with our boys.
For skiing, the location is ideal, as it is equidistant from both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. The little neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the snow was epic. Thanks for a great stay! -

Our family had a wonderful Christmas Week skiing in Utah. This property was a great location between Brighton and SnowBird. The bus stops on the road just outside the Condo complex. The master bedroom and second bedroom are roomy and the beds are new. The unit is very clean and the kitchen adequately stocked. I love that there is laundry detergent and adequate garbage sacks. We had prompt service help when every we called with a need. It was a little small for our family of seven with 3 teenagers and all our ski stuff. The Hot tub is in plain view of 3-4 of the neighbors, but that did not seem to be a problem for us as no one else used theirs at the same time as we did.
