This is an updated 1,600-square foot home on the road that eventually leads up Parley's Canyon (about a mile from where the road turns into Parley's Way). It's just two miles from the center of downtown Salt Lake City, yet conveniently located within reach of Park City and both of the Cottonwood Canyons. It's on a very quiet street and has all of the amenities that you'll need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

This house is filled with beautiful furnishings that will allow you to enjoy the feeling of being at home while having the convenience of being so close to the center of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with al...l of the appliances & utensils that you'll need during your stay and the dining room table will comfortably seat 6 to 8 people. The fenced-in back yard is large and spacious with a large deck and barbeque grill so that you can relax outside at the end of the day. There are three TVs in the house, along with a DVD player and wifi internet access.

With this location, you get the best of both worlds: You're inside the beltway of the city, yet you're practically right at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Sugarhouse Park is one block away and there are several dozen restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a quiet neighborhood, yet there's easy access to the highways. All linens, towels, etc are provided!

Normally the minimum stay is 4 nights. Shorter stays are accepted, but 4 nights will be charged. Even at this rate, we're still a better deal than our competitors with all of their hidden fees.

Located a few blocks away from the famous Sugarhouse Shopping District. Dozens of yoga studios, fine cuisine, curio shops, coffee shops, salons, etc.

We bought this house because of its proximity to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City, the major ski resorts, and Sugarhouse Park.
