Verona WIEasy Location - Nice Property
Left on 01/25/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We had 2 families stay, a total of 10, Oaks 1 was the perfect setup, the basement was awesome for the kids, we all had plenty of room, the condo was nicely supplied and the hot tub on the deck was a nice ending to our day of skiing. The property has a nice two car garage however it is difficult to fit 2 full sized SUV in it and there is no street parking, but we made it work. The location was great for going to the ski resorts and the staff at UVH was great to work with, we would stay or recommend the Oaks at Wasatch again.

New Yorkgreat base for exploring the wasatch
Left on 05/25/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The condo was clean, everything was functional, no 'facilities' issues at all. Someone came by during the week to check the water in the hot tub.
Internet/wifi worked well, hot tub was relaxing, plenty of room in this condo. Great location, it's really close to the ski bus stop so we didn't even need a car to hit up alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude.
You can actually walk to the grocery store (10 mins) from the condo as well which was also a plus.
Reservations and payment were handled professionally. Very easy. Would stay here again. -

Manchester, UKSpacious, well appointed Oaks at Wasatch House
Left on 04/14/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The House is a spacious, 4 bedroom property situated conveniently in the Oaks at Wasatch complex. Interior wise, upstairs is very good - large, comfortable and welcoming bedrooms. Downstairs is a little more of a mixed bag. Lounge area is similarly spacious, but the sofa arrangement / fixed bracket TV make the viewing angle poor for all but a handful of centrally seated guests. Lack of occasional tables has clearly resulted in numerous drinks being left on the carpet and subsequently knocked over (quite stained). The kitchen was a disappointment. The Stove top was dirty / greasy (interior oven had food debris left in it). The handles on the kitchen units haven't been secured properly (using only one screw rather than two) = handles simply rotate and hang limp. The kitchen cupboard have some seriously warped interior shelves. The general demeanor of the kitchen was poor. Hot-tub outside was a little low on water (couldn't easily see how it should be topped up). The exterior decking is clearly many years old and most of the Oaks properties when viewed from the rear, look tired and jaded. Overall a nice place, but not really worth the cost given the quality issues highlighted.

The location is great but the kitchen and flooring need sprucing up. The kitchen knives, pots and pans, bakeware were of poor quality. Stove needed a good cleaning. Other than that the stay was fine.

PhiladelphiaComfortable home great for a large group with kids
Left on 01/10/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Utah vacation homes was easy to deal with. The house had a great layout and the finished basement with the 6 beds was great for a group with kids. The home was a little tired and needed some sprucing up. There were not enough seats for the 11 of us to eat together so some of the adults had to stand. The location was fantastic as it sat between Brighton/Solitude and alta/Snowbird. It was about 15-20 minutes to all the mountains. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day.

Bethlehem, PAGreat property with perfect location between the canyons.
Left on 03/28/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Great property, lots of room, and conveniently located between the canyon roads to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. Well maintained and clean, easy in and out without any hassles. The upstairs didn't have direct heat which made it a bit cool for sleeping at night. The only problem we ran into was the gas fireplace valve was stuck on but they came by that same day and serviced it even though it reoccured.

MassachusettsGreat Location! Perfect set up for our vacation.
Left on 03/03/2010 for a stay in February 2010
This home is set up perfectly for a family with children/teenagers in need of their own space! Lots of tvs to choose from as well as beds in the basement. The hot tub was over chlorinated upon our arrival which is often the case with rental units but even more so from many places we have rented in the past. The garage is extremely tight for 2 minivans but we just folded the mirrors in each night to fit them both. The location was perfect for skiers who want to be close to all 4 mountains in big and little cottonwood canyon. The location and basement were the best for our party; the hottub was a little disappointing. I would recommend a stay here but would also note that the pictures are a little deceiving and the rooms look bigger in the pictures than actual. Thanks for a great vacation.

Los Angeles, CALots of room but accomodations not high quality
Left on 01/15/2010 for a stay in December 2009
Condo had great location for skiing and had lots of beds but accomodations were a bit shabby - trouble with the lock on the front door, could not turn off the fireplace, etc. No sharp knives, no DVD player in the main living room (despite description saying it had) and furniture that resembled what I had in my dorm room in college. Husbands did not mind but women were a bit grossed out.

Hesperia, CA.Comfortable...
Left on 08/20/2009 for a stay in August 2009
We were pretty comfortable in the house. The location was peaceful and quite. We loved having the information by the phone for local tours and such. We took advantage of information and took a small tour of the Great Salt Lake. I was happy to see that the information was kept up to date. Our only concerns were that some of the bed sheets were stained (yuk) so we simply removed the stain sheet and used clean ones (I don't think they were dirty but they were stained) the other concern was the bug problem we hunted spiders quite a bit. Other than that we were very pleased with the location and will definitely use it again next year. A special thanks to Lisa for your help with this reservation, you rock!

Lancaster, PAgreat location for skiing
Left on 03/17/2009 for a stay in March 2009
We created a week of memories on a much looked forward to ski vacation in Utah! The location of the house was perfect for skiing the four resorts on our super pass. My husband and I brought our daughter and her husband and our son and his girlfriend who announce their engagement during the vacation. We spent the days skiing hard and then totally relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking in each night and we spent the evenings around the generous dining table playing games. The house was stocked for our needs, but not a lot of extras such as hair dryers or oven mitts.
We were pleased that a broken toilet was fixed early the morning after we called.
One caution: the living room is sunken about 3 inches which caused a few of us to walk off the edge and a nasty stubbed toe. After moving the carpet over the ledge we had fewer problems with this.
I would definitely recommend this property! -

Richmond, VirginiaGreat Week at Oaks #1
Left on 02/27/2009 for a stay in January 2009
Excellent week with unbelievable snow. Not sure if the condo helped with the snow but coming home after a great day of skiing was a pleasure. Plenty of room for six guys to spread out and close to all the great bars and eating places in Cottonwood Heights.
I would rent this condo again and believe it may be the best place I have stayed in Cottonwood Heights.
