Superb One-Bedroom on Waterfront with Amazing View

Enjoy an evening at the veranda of this oceanfront one bedroom apartment facing the Barra Lighthouse and the All Saints Bay. From each room you will enjoy 180 degree superb ocean views (even the kitchen!). Very often our guests tell us that the spent most of their time leaning out of the balcony or the bedroom window especially at sunset. Their best vacation shots were taken from their own room. In fact you can hear the sound of the waves from your bed!!

This is a top location (see the pics, the building is pointed at with a red arrow). Beachfront, meters away from Oceanica Beach and Porto de Barra Beach, 100ms away from the Barra Farol... (Lighthouse), Salvador's landmark. The bus stop is at the door, the building is located in the center of the avenida, any convenience or amenity you wish for (bank, hairdresser, bar, supermarket, etc) is just around the corner.

If you spend New Year’s or Carnaval you will see the parade with the trios passing under the balcony and live performances taking place right at the Farol. The apartment is spacious, bright, airy, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

Additional Location Information

This is a top central and safe location. The Praiville and Napoli buildings are on the beachfront in avenida sete de setembro right in front of the landmark Farol de Barra (the lighthouse). You can see on our website a picture of the Praiaville building with a red arrow so that you can get a better idea. You are just a couple of meters away from the intersection with avenida oceanica (you can check the exact location at (website: hidden))
You have three beaches right there, Farol de Barra (good for surfing), Porto de Barra and Oceanica (more quiet), plus you can take the bus by the building entrance to go to the wilder beaches north of town (Itapoa, Piata, etc..).

Barra is a residential neighbourhood in the city center. It is very convenient, you have everything you may need less than two blocks from the apartment: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, malls, internet access, etc.
To go from Barra to the old town (Pelourinho) or to the beaches north of town the bus stop is right at the door. Most of Salvador’s language schools are located in Barra, only a 10-minute walk from the apartments.

  I stayed at Murilos apartment in Barra in July for four weeks. I enjoyed my stay and had no problems while there. The location is perfect for exploring Salvador and is right across from the beach. There are many restraints, grocery stores and pharmacies within just a few blocks. There is a taxi stand a block away and a bus stop less than 25 yards from your front door. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Murilo was a great host and always available to help get a cab, recommend a bar or restraint and answer any questions I had about Salvador and Brazil. I think if you are thinking about staying in an apartment in Salvador this is a great choice. The apartment was also very secure and safe with a 24 hour, very friendly and helpful, doorman/security. My over all opinion of Murilos apartment is it is clean, safe and convenient. Large bathroom, for Brazil, very functional kitchen and huge bedroom with great storage. Obrigado, Murilo, for a great experience in Salvador. One more thing, the apartment in the pictures is exactly the apartment I had in Salvador.
