The ground level features lots of entertainment featuring the game room (separate entrance from the driveway - no access from upper levels) with foosball, air hockey, gaming table, board games, exercise machine and 57" flat screen TV with videos and games. Also on the ground level is a full bath, the laundry room and a bonus room with queen sofa bed, dresser and TV.
