Exclusive european apartment similar to loft style designed very minimalistic, located in the center of the Island, just 2 steps away from the beach, stores, restaurants bars ...

The apartment is situated in a totally refurbished building just as the apartment itself. It is a very exclusive – modern european style- high quality apartment, which is very rare to find in San Andres. Even its situated in one of the best locations – 2 steps away from restaurants, bars..- the apartment is a very quiet place without any noise.

The apartment contains:

-LIVING ROOM WITH A SOFA BED AND A NORMAL SOFA (blackouts, air condition)

... -A SEPARATE BEDROOM WITH A KINGSIZE BED (Blackouts, air condition, and chest of drawers)

-A BATHROOM WITH LARGE SHOWER CABIN ( rack for clothes, washing machine)

-FULL PROVIDED KITCHEN (vitroceramic stove, spezial microwave to grill.., coffe machine, blender, sandwichmaker, electric water dispenser..)

- 2 AIR CONDITIONS THEY LOOK LIKE PAINTINGS ( living room with bus, sleeping room with a heart on it)

-FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION

-500W SURROUND SYSTEM

-BUILDING ENTRANCE WITH CAMARA AND CHIP KEY

-CLEANING SERVICE (everday if desired)

-ELEVATOR

Nightly RATE between: 135 – 220 US dollars

Depending on the lenght of your stay it can be negociated.

Number of persons 4. In very special cases there could be considered a 5. person.

For your final reservation there must be a deposit of 50% the second 50% is payed at entering the apartment to the administrator. The reservation could be made either the easiest way by Pay pal, bank transfer to a colombian bank account, western union (to europe, germany or austria) or any other way you may suggest.

During your stay we will ask you for a security deposit (200 colombian pesos- or 100 Us dollars) what will be fully returned by leaving the apartment in the same conditions as received at the time agreed :)

Check in hours from 2 pm - Check out 11:45 am

Between 9 pm - 08 am there is no usual check in. There is a possibility of getting the service with an additional fee of 50 thousand pesos.

Apartamento exclusivo similar al estilo Loft con un diseño muy minimalista localizado en el centro de la Isla, a solo dos minutos de sus playas, comercio y zona rosa.

El apartamento se ubica en un edificio con remodelaciĂłn completa igual que el apartamento mismo. Se trata de un apartamento exclusivo con un estilo moderno europeo de alta calidad.

Aunque tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones- a dos pasos de la zona rosa- el apartamento es un sitio de tranquilidad sin ninguna clase de ruido.

El apartamento contiene:

• LA SALA CON UN SOFA CAMA Y SOFA NORMAL (Blackouts, Aire acondicionado)

• 1 HABITACIÓN APARTE CON CAMA KINGSIZE ( Blackouts, Aire acondicionado, armario para ropa)

• 1 BAÑO CON DUCHA AMPLIA ( utensilio para guindar ropa, lavadora)

• COCINA CON SUS UTENSILIOS (Estufa vitroceramica, Microondas especial para asar.., cafetera, saduchera, liquadora, dispensador de agua electrico…)

• 2 AIRES ACONDICIONADOS PARECEN CUADROS (en la sala con el Bus, cuarto con Corazon)

• TELEVISOR PANTALLA PLANA

• TEATRO EN CASA DE 500W

• PORTERÍA CON CAMARA GRAVADORA

• SERVICIO DE CAMARERA (si desea todos los dias)

• ASCENSOR

TARIFA diaria: Entre 250 mil y 400 mil por noche.

Dependiendo del tiempo de estadia se puede negociar.

Para reservar el apartamento se hace un pago del 50% de anticipo y al llegar a la isla se cancela la otra mitad al administrador.

Para la estadia hay que dejar un deposito de 200 mil pesos para asegurar que el apartamento se mantendra y se tratara de forma como se cuida su propio hogar.

Hora de Check in de 2 pm - Check out hasta las 11:45 am

Entre 9 de la noche - 08 de la maniana no hay servicio de check in. Existe la posibilidad de conseguir el servicio con un cobro adicional de 50 mil pesos.

Ocupacion maxima de 4 personas. En casos especiales (con niño) se podrian acomodar 5.

  Hola! estuvimos en el apartamento de Tamara desde el 22 de Enero hasta el 27 de enero de 2013. Nuestra estadía allí fue muy buena. Empezando por la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto y al centro de San andres, un lugar muy tranquilono hay ruido en las noches ni ningun inconveniente con los servicios. Está en muy buen estado muy bien decorado y ambientado.
  
  Jose quien es el encargado de la administraciĂłn del apartamento es muy cumplido y responsable, nos atendiĂł muy bien.
  
  El apartamento es a 3 cuadras de las playas del centro, lugar en el que se pueden realizar las demas actividades que ofrece san andres. Volveriamos encantados. Lo recomendamos 100%

  Staying at this apartment was one of the best choices of the whole trip. It's really modern apartment, very comfortable and close to the beach. The only thing was that there wasn't any hot water, but as we heard is the same situation on every apartment in the island. By the way, you can leave with cold water since temperature on the island are always warm and you need a refreshing bath when you come back home.
  Great attention and the apartment is well kept. Recommended!

  Acá estamos de nuevo en argentina luego de pasar unos dias muuuy lindos en San andres ! Nos encanto, es un paraiso ! Y te queriamos agradecer porque siempre nos respondiste los mails con mucha amabilidad y trataste de solucionarnos cada improvisto que nos fue surgiendo con mucha paciencia.   My wife and I choose this apartment for our Honeymoon. It was just as described and we really loved it.
  
  Tamara was a great owner to deal with and José the onsite admin was equally good. Location is good, just a short walk (5 to 10 minutes --couldn't say, other things in mind) to the beach and downtown.
  
  The only note is that there isn't any hot water, which isn't so bad, given the weather so basically one just got to time it right. We ate out all the time so can't say anything about the kitchen amenities.
  
  Will return in a heartbeat!!!

  just what we were looking for!

  my family and i (4 total) stayed at tamara's apartment from the 8th to the 12th of august. we found it very convenient, close to the promenade, the beach , the boat docking area, etc. it is very well maintained and spotless when we arrived. it was just the right size for the 4 of us-my sister and i slept on the futon in the living room. i had no issues with it-my sister preferred the sofa. all the appliances were very new and modern , however the fridge stopped working shortly after we arrived. we did not eat at the apartment so this did not trouble us too much.the bathroom , while spacious and modern, had a problem with the drains-they sent back a unpleasant smell sometimes. nothing unbearable however and easily solved by burning sticks of incense when we were using it. it is to be noted that san andres has problems with their waste water disposal so this probably happens in other apartments too. other than these 2 small issues , our stay was perfect. the street the apartment is on is very quiet at night so you don't have to worry about your sleep. the washing machine and hanging rack in the bathroom was super convenient for dirty clothes. we loved the decor in the apartment,as well as the lighting -it was a place you wanted to go back to at the end of the day. jose,who manages the apartment was very polite and helpful. we would definitely return here!

  Hi Juli! Thanks for the review :D
  Just wanted to let you know as you suposed the wast water issue in San Andres is everywhere :( I don't know on what it depends but sometimes there is a little issue. Sadly there is nothing to do about it, but usually its not very often.
  About the fridge really Sorry about that as soon Jose told us a guy went there to fix it but it suddenly worked again. I don't know what happened there :)
