There is a kitchen with full size stove/oven, apartment size refrigerator, builtin microwave, coffee pot, dishes, cookware and utensils.   I have rented 3 of her properties and I advise everyone to stay away.
  I stayed in cottage then moved to Duplex on same property.
  Owner asked me to turn heaters on for guest coming in from Canada.
  I could not believe what I saw.
  House cleaner put my dirty dishes back in kitchen cabinet and my dirty towels I left on floor were folded up and put away for new guest.
  I met many guests while staying all complained their place was so filthy they would never come back. She Kees your deposit too.

  We are surprised to hear the allegations asserted by this guest and emphatically agree with these allegations. We inspect our properties regularly and have never found an instance where our housekeeper has, to quote this guest, “put…dirty dishes back in the kitchen cabinet and (reused) … dirty towels.” Our housekeeper always has an ample supply of clean towels to use and therefore has no reason to use dirty ones and she always cleans the kitchens and washes any dirty dishes left by the previous guest. This guest rented the Arbor for one week knowing that new guests were to arrive at the end of the week. She refused to vacate the Arbor at the 10:30 a.m. checkout time even though her move was only across the yard to the Duplex. After repeated requests to vacate her parents had to be called to remove her clothes and other belongs from the Arbor so that our housekeeper could prepare it for the incoming guests. She overstayed her rental period on two separate occasions … once at the Arbor and once at the duplex. She failed to vacate the duplex in a timely manner and was still occupying the premises when the new guests arrived. Her rental period in this instance terminated the day before she actually left.She frequently sat with other guests (uninvited) on their patios and we were asked not to divulge their contact information to this guest because they thought that she was too pushy. Regarding the third and final rental, which is managed by someone other than ourselves, she stayed one night causing disruptions to the point where she was asked to leave the next day. Even though she stayed one day and one night we refunded her entire rent and deposit. After checking out and receiving her rental refund she remained on the property for nearly 3 hours causing the manager to instruct her to leave.
