Located in downtown Bariloche - Patagonia - this luxury 2 bedroom rental apartment sleeps up to 5 people. It's on the 4th floor with balcony, in a brand new building with elevator and just 1.5 blocks from the Civic Center, the town main square. Although very central, it is located on a quiet street and has excellent views of the Nahuel Huapi lake and mountains from the living/dining room and kitchen.

This unique rental apartment is generously proportioned with 2 bedrooms and features a contemporary design completed in classic neutral tones. It is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent in Bariloche.

The living/din...ing room both have custom made furniture including a comfortable L-shape couch for 4 people, 32' LCD TV with surround sound system, a designer chair by Pierre Paulin, coffee table, modern design rug, large dining table with 5 chairs and luxury mood lighting.

The bathroom has a modern design and includes a jacuzzi with 6 jets, 100% combed cotton towels, mood lighting and hair dryer. There is a separate half bathroom for guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. All mattresses are very comfortable and include luxury bedding and pillows. Both bedrooms have custom made headboards and nightstands, black-out curtains and alarm clocks.

The kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, washer, tableware & cutlery for 6, and pots and pans.

The balcony has a chulengo (argentine-style BBQ) and hardwood furniture for 4 people . At the far end of the balcony experience breathtaking views of the Nahuel Huapi lake and the mountains.

The apartment has double-paned windows and central floor heating. There is a utilities closet where you can store sports gear or bags.

  A cosy place to return to after a day in the wilderness

  This cosy and warm apartment, on the fourth floor overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi, was a lovely place to come home to after a day in the cold, wind or rain (we did have soom nice weather too!). It had cosy doonas, fluffy white towels and a hot strong shower. It was nicely decorated and had a comfortable couch to lounge on. It had all the things we needed, including a washing machine. The internet was fast. The owners were prompt and helpful in our email communications. The price was lower than advertised due to the time of year. Would definitely stay again.
  One small suggestion: we had difficulty drying our clothes with only one clothes rack - this could be very difficult in winter/skiing holiday.
  And another note: Access to the apartment is up a short steep hill (all of Bariloche is hilly), then one needs to unlock four locks in the apartment building to get inside. Very secure but a bit of a pain at the end of the day with hands full of shopping or children!

  We simply loved this apartment. Every aspect of it was perfect. The decor is
  stylish and relaxed, the view is outstanding and there is a big balcony with
  a
  grill on it. I felt like a very chic local living here. It's really central, yet meters
  from the touristy main streets.
  
  Stefan the owner was extremely friendly and relaxed, he made us feel like
  we
  were staying at a friend's house, (some apartment rental companies treat
  renters with a degree of suspicion - but not Stefan, great guy!)
  
  I would recommend this to anyone, including the most demanding
  customers.
