Santa FeMuy buen nivel, comodidad y servicios
Left on 03/15/2013 for a stay in January 2013

Havelock North, New ZealandRelaxing in style
Left on 01/07/2013 for a stay in September 2012
We had a fantastic time staying in this apartment with 3 children 11,12 and 13. Claudia, the manager, was so helpful and we set up the extra stretcher in the living room. She gave us so much information about where the supermarket was and the best wine to buy! She helped us organise from New Zealand a rental car, through a friend who met us at the airport. The apartment was nicely serviced during our 5 night stay. The location was easy to get to once we knew the layout of Bariloche, and we had loads of fun skiing on Catedral each day.
Claudia led us in her car to the apartment and showed us around, and explained clearly how to use all of the facilities. The spa bath didn't work, but Claudia explained this before she left. The views are magnificant and the kitchen is a dream. The kids loved making us coffee with the machine. The linen and beds are beautiful, everything is modern, clean and very comfortable. -

255068the place urgently needs some maintenance
Left on 02/02/2012 for a stay in December 2011
For the price charged, I was expecting a flawless place to spend some days in Bariloche. Instead I found a place where you could not get a decent hot shower (water goes from hot to cold randomly), or with some dents in the dishes and so on.
I also found annoying that the owner refused to show the place unless you have paid in advance the full amount of the rent. I am not accustomed to deal that way, in particular with independent operators in third world countries.
You do need a car to get anywhere and the place has no car park, have to leave car in the street. -

Paradise, MichiganThe view literally takes your breath away!

This apartment was beautiful, we wish we had been able to stay longer than 4 days. It is hard to even describe the view! Claudia, the manager, was so helpful to us and gave us so much valuable information. And Richard, the chef, oh my, he needs a 10 star rating!!! We hired Richard and his assistant, Theresa, to cook an authentic Patagonian dinner for us. It was truly the highlight of our stay! They were both so professional and the 6 course dinner was beyond belief, beautifully presented and so, so delicious. The leek soup was out of this world! I couldn't stop saying wow!! We will be back, thank you!

Positives:
Comfortable, good beds, great expresso machine and coffee provided, fantastic views of lake and mountains from every room, TVs in every room, heat and aC provided, large fridge, good security, good lighting ( often absent in other places), simple but pleasing decor, helpful agent (Claudia), elevator in bldg, cell phone provided, maid service included for one week stay (one time), close to town center
Negatives:
Washing machine but no drier, at top of steep hill with no bus transportation (taxis and remises available from downtown for about $12 pesos), 2nd bathroom lacks mirror, extra charge for late checkin ($20us), steep fee for transferring payment via Paymate
