This charming farmhouse is located on the grounds of a famous medieval castle, and manuscripts documenting the life of the castle date back to the year 997. The castle is surrounded by ominous walls which in days gone by served as protection, now just add to the mysterious charm... This charming ancient farmhouse is located on the estate 100meters from the medieval village. It is and welcoming and is embraced by luminous olive groves with views of undulating hills from every room. Here you are definately immersed in Chianti! Decorated in traditional Tuscan style with its antique furniture and kilim carpets and provides all modern conveniences... for the comfort of our guests. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace on the first floor ,also a large kitchen and dining room. The loggia is perfect for dining outside 'al Fresco' on those balmy days and nights. A beautiful old staircase leads to the second floor and here you will find a comfortable sitting room, three traditionally styled bedrooms and two well appointed bathrooms. This lovely farmhouse offers everything for a complete and relaxing vacation. First Floor the living room with a fireplace ,sitting room with a double sofa bed also a toilet. Shower bathroom with a washing machine ,kitchen with a dishwasher also a dining room which accommodates eight people.and the loggia. The second floor has two matrimonial bedrooms ,a double bedroom, two bathrooms one with a bath. On the ground floor living /dining with two single sofa beds,double bedroom and a shower bath. 'Castellino Apartment'- With a private entrance on the ground floor of the villa , is an apartment called 'Castellino' which can be rented along with the main farmhouse to provide accommodation for 8 plus an extra 4 if you utilize the sofabeds A gracious spacious living room inspires relaxation and comfort.. Three large divans for your comfort are appointed in the living and dining areas. For cooking light meals there is a small kitchen The swimming pool measures 5x10 metres and is opened from May to September.
