Appartamento Marvena B is a characteristic ancient house surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps two people. From Appartamento Marvena B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. Appartamento Marvena B is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from San Casciano in Val di Pesa , 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) from a restaurant and from a grocery store. You will find the stop... for the SITA bus Firenze - San Casciano Val di Pesa line at 300 meters (990 feet).
Appartamento Marvena B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a walkway that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.
To stay at Appartamento Marvena B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.
Appartamento Marvena A and Appartamento Marvena B are both part of an ancient two-story mansion. The residence lies on the grounds of a 12-hectare (30-acre) working farm (agriturismo) where olives and grapevines are grown.
The owners produce high-quality olive oil and several kinds of white and red wine, as well as grappa, from their own olives and grapes.
In addition to Appartamento Marvena A and B, the grounds host another building, which is inhabited year round, as well as the sheds used in the production of the olive oil and of the wines.
Guests staying at the two apartmetns will share the use of the swimming pool and of the garden.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until mid-October.
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Chianti hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside.
The furnishings of the living room include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and of the hills through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and of the hills through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
