This condo is part of a building that houses 32 condos. It sits on a bluff over the ocean and looks directly out to the sea and includes a white water view as well. There is a city park next to the units and stairs that lead down to the ocean from there. A sandy beach and neighboring surfing spots are at the bottom of the bluff. A jogging path runs several miles along the beach below us.
San Clemente is an iconic Southern California beach and surfing town. Many shops and restaurants are available and golf and tennis are within walking distance. There is a pool and spa at our site.

San Clemente is a classic Southern California beach town. The ocean is right below this condo and there are surfing beaches just up and down the beach from where we are. The pier at the center of town is a 25 minute walk from this condo. A jogging lane runs along the beach under the cliffs. There is a city park within walking distance that has public tennis courts and a public golf course. There are also private courts and golf in the area. There is a pool and spa at the condo. The town which is about 3 miles away is loaded with restaurants and shopping. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less that an hour away. San Diego is about 45 minutes south.
The condo comes with a space for underground parking. The orange county airport is about 30 minutes away and Amtrak runs through the town.

This second floor, ocean-front condo, steps to the beach, with gated, underground parking, and with a pool, spa, outside shower and bathrooms, was everything we'd expected. It is surrounded with parks on three sides, it is quiet, safe, and cozy. It is nicely and completely furnished. It was well worth it and we'll return next year.
