The first level features a large kitchen, dining room, a spacious sun-filled living room and one bedroom with two twin beds and a full size bathroom with tub/shower. There's a large deck with room for outdoor dining or lounging with a good book or cup of coffee.

The second floor features two large bedrooms with luxurious king beds. Both bedrooms have wonderful views and their own private bathrooms with tub and shower. T...he larger bedroom has a convertible couch bed for children or young adults to sleep on. It is a state of the art pull-out bed system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed mattress. There is also an enclosed sun room, plus open balcony. The second floor has an even more incredible and unobstructed view of the ocean, pier and Dana Point.

For your entertainment this home has 3 flat screen televisions, 3 DVD players, cable TV and free secure wireless internet access, as well as games for the family. We’re pleased to provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a wagon and boogie boards. Also for your use is a separate laundry room, located next to the kitchen, with new front loading washer and dryer. A BBQ is also included for outdoor cooking.

This home has been recently remodeled and updated with all new tile and carpet, crown molding and baseboards, central heating, ceiling fans in every room and all new furnishings. A private garage and additional off the street parking is also included.

The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family owned restaurants, a crepe and coffe shop and the famous Fisherman’s Restaurant on the pier. The quaint down town area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away. There are many wonderful restaurants, stylish boutiques, antique shops, surf shops as well as coffee and tea houses. There is also a great farmers market every Sunday on Del Mar until noon.
