Luxury 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home. Panoramic ocean and beach views from the three decks, private pool and spa, and a 3 min walk to T- street beach. Take the San Clemente beach trail to the pier, restaurants (check our map or google search the address 250 La Rambla 92672. We are in the perfect location!) The home was totally refurnished in 2011 including HD TVs upstairs, down in the large game room and TVs in the bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have private baths, all with upgraded glass shower enclosures. Short walk to T- Street beach. 3 minutes if you walk slow down our private stairs from our pool and spa. Close to San Clemente Pier and restaurants, the great beach trail that goes north and south from our location. Close to downtown San Clemente shopping and more restaurants. A short drive to Dana Point Harbor which offers whale watching or day trips to Catalina Island. Local municipal golf course within 1 mile, and other courses within 5 miles.

Our family has rented several vacation homes in the past, but none compare to this home. Absolutely beautiful. Spacious, awesome open floor plan with incredible views of the ocean. We would leave the doors on the decks open even during the night just so we could hear the waves of the ocean as we drifted off to sleep. The decor is impeccable...no "cutting corners" on anything in this house. The backyard "oasis" was what you would expect at a resort hotel. Large pool, spa, seating with tables for dining on the mulitple decks, grill, even an outdoor heater. The owners thought of everything. After staying here the bar has now been raised so high it will be hard to ever be content with another vacation rental, therefore our family decided we'd just try to rent this house again and not look at anything else.
