Beautiful 250 sqm seafront villa of new construction, located in Binidali, quiet and beautiful area in the South- East part of the Menorca Island. The villa is conveniently located in an enviable position slightly elevated which offers a superb sea view.
The spacious private garden, with its own pool, is provided with sun beds, furnished with two big terraces and an external portico fitted out for meals. Exterior furniture and a BBQ are provided for outdoor living.

Binidali is a very small, quiet village in Minorca, ideal for chilling. There is a small, secluded very safe beach and a small bar/restaurant in the village.San Climente is the nearest town and is just a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find banks, excellent bakeries, etc., supermarket, delightful cafés and several restaurants and bars.
Along the coast road is the very pretty beach of Binisafua, another beach ideal for families with very young children. Another five minutes and you will come to the resort of Binibeca with a beautiful beach.
Mahon, the capital City, is just a 10 minute drive away. An excellent selection of shops, original fishmarket, bars and restaurants in the centre. Calas Font is a small fishing harbour set down by the sea in Es Castell, just a 10 minute drive from Binidali. Idyllic and quiet during the day but full of restaurants and bars for the evening. Binidali is the ideal location to reach the most beautiful places that menorca offers

Villa perfectamente equipada con mucha tranquilidad. Situada en urbanización por lo que es casi obligatorio el alquiler de un vehículo para moverte por la Isla.
Zona de piscina y terraza excelente. -

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa de récente construction, très bien amménagée, très confortable.Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse, le jardin, très bien entretenu avec sa piscine, pour la joie des enfants! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les merveilles que Minorque offre à ses visiteurs, et l'environement est très tranquille.

Les prestations sont top et la déco très soignée. Binidali est certes essentiellement résidentiel, mais idéal pour qui recherche le calme. L'aéroport n'est pas loin et l'on voit quelques avions voler assez bas dans le ciel, mais cela n'est pas dérangeant car ils ne sont pas si fréquents et bien qu'étant sensible au bruit, je ne les ai quasiment pas remarqués.

we spent there one week, beautiful villa in a good position, quite surroundings...excellent! The structure is modern and new, with top level furnishing.
Really good both for families both for young people.
