We enjoyed most things about the condo; it was clean and comfortable slept 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked in every night. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and I appreciated the fitness facility.
We encountered a few problems, though. There is a problem with the drainage in the sink in the master bath. The neighbor below was easily bothered, even though we were as quiet as we could be and the kids were in bed every night by 8:30. It's possible this should be an adult only condo, as we felt like we spent the majority of our time in the condo telling our kids to walk quietly.
The only other drawback was the proximity to the train, which was a surprise. However, it didn't bother us for the most part, and never woke us up at night. -

The Condo was clean, perfect, convinent, and completely stocked with necessary things. Overall the location was excellent - restaurants, bars, groceries, mall, Zoo, Lego land, Safari, etc were close by. The only issue was, there was a train track behind our condo - it can be loud for a light sleeper. The management at Nancy Rentals was very responsive. Once, I called them by mistake and they called me back right away.

The condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The complex is very quiet and I loved sitting out on the balcony drinking my coffee in the mornings! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in a great area. Barolo Ristorante down the street was amazing. Actually the whole area had terrific restaurants. We found everything a short drive from the unit. Had some bad smells going on in the hallway but we were told one of the lower units was flooded a few months earlier and the hallways still had a lingering effect from that. Wife loved the UTC shopping mall close by. Would have liked too have had the TV in the common living room rather than one in each of bedrooms, but we never requested it. Might be something management would want to consider down the road. We rented for a month and the Ikea queen bed was a little hard on the back so we went to Walmart and bought a memory foam mattress and it made it that much more liveable. We left it for the next renters to enjoy. Anyway, no complaints, and only spoke to management the night we arrived (which happened to be midnight Christmas eve) as we never recieved our key code for the door. Hope to come back soon.

We spent a week here and enjoyed it very much. The condo had everything we needed to feel like we were staying at a home rather than a hotel. Located near all the sites we wanted to visit, but out of the noisy city. Everything was as described and we found everything in working order. Nancy's was helpful when we had questions.

Overall, very nice condo and condo complex. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for our needs. Bristol Farms grocery nearby. 15 or so miles to San Diego so car is necessary. Garage parking available. Nancy's people will take good care of you. We had a small problem with a sink drain which was taken care of right away. If you need two bedroom/baths this place is a good value. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the condo with our 2 young kids (age 5 and 3). We had plenty of space and it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. The location of the condo is the only drawback. It is located next to an air field and train tracks, so needless to say we heard planes taking off all the time and the train runs into early in the morning. It disturbed our sleep and wasn't ideal. Otherwise the location is safe and close to all major attractions (zoo, Sea World, beach). Defintely would use the same rental agency, but would not stay at this particular location again.

This is a nice condo in a good area. No noisy neighbors while we were there. Hot tub and pool were great after a long day at the Zoo. All the amenities anyone could ask for, and no long lines or hassles, during check-in. Conveniently located to anywhere!

Very comfortable accomodations, equipped properly and well located. A DVD player in the main room and a few small kitchen gadets would help complete the furnishings.

Our stay at Melissa's Lucero Condo was more than we could ask for! It was right in the heart of where we needed to be for visiting our Relatives. We had easy access in and out of the facility, were able to use the pool and other things provided for us, and had full availability to contact staff for anything if we had any problems. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, had all accomodations for our needs. We would be sure to utilize Nancy's vacation rentals again.

This rental was exactly as described on Nancy's website. The community it was in was nice. Close to Ucsd, and all San Diego destinations. We enjoyed staying in a condo rather than a hotel as it gave us all some 'space' each day rather than cramped in one room in a hotel. It was wonderful - wish we could have stayed longer.
