What an adorable condo. It is right on Sail Bay. The only downside is there is no air conditioning, which we didn't need. Frankly not sure any of the bay front condos do have air conditioning. We were fine without though. Amazing value! The bikes were so fun! The only bad thing was it was a bit musty in the condo, but we kept the windows open the whole time we were there with the beautiful weather. Fyi...drive slowly into the garage! The dip will get ya...Thanks for a great condo for a great deal!!! Would highly recommend the company and condo.

This was a great place for a family gathering. We stayed with our 2 adult children, and 2 more family members were able to join us our last night. The Condo is very spacious and comfortable. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. It was a great location as the bay is right outside, but yet the ocean is still an easy walk. The bikes were especially appreciated. It was also nice to have the lawn chairs available. Close to the airport, ballpark, seaworld and other attractions. We can't wait to go back next year.

Our accomodations were superb! The condo was clean, quiet, close to the beach, and spacious. The amentities were appropriate and our stay was very comfortable. I was very surprised to find no air conditioning and a bit dissapointed in that. That would be my only factor for not returning to the same spot next year. Also, the number of washcloths was very limited. Overall, it was excellent.

We are the party that had the Crystals Condo originally reserved and then the condo had a flood, would not be ready by our arrival date. We were offered "Posey's Condo at Ri105@3888 Riviera Drive.
The condo was very nice! It could use a bit more thorough cleaning.
The check in started out to be a bit of a nightmare, the email I received had the direction to the Sea the Sea Condos, called and called to get a live person, Brittany finally returned the call, cell phone kept cutting out, very difficult time communicating and getting correct direction. Finally arrive at Posey's Condo, had to have Brittany walk me through gate code, elevator key code, door code. Wrong bike code was given to us by Brittany, she said she never spoke with my husband called to get the correct information.
To say the least it was a very long process to finally get inside.
A little disappointed being on the bay side and and called Brittany the next day and asked if possible to maybe be moved to something closer to the ocean. She gave me a location on Fanuel Street, I told her we would check it out. It ended up being in a not so great are on the crowded Garnet Street of Grand (can't remember exactly. There was garbage piled in the back yard. Brittany never called to ask if we found it acceptable did we want to make the move? Not even a call to check to see if everything was alright?
One of the bike locks is not working we were able to get it open, the mechanism was already starting to strip out. The beach umbrella was broken, the latch in the middle to keep it straight.

We were 5 adults and two year old twins. Since this trip was geared to the little ones, it was perfect with the bay and sand right there, the park nearby, the local library (storytime & dance time), the zoo, the Kids Museum at Balboa park, Birch aquarium... The condo was spacious and very well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, etc., and even some sand toys in the front closet. Markets, drug stores, Trader Joe's, restaurants all nearby. My daughter and son-in-law found a great sushi place nearby. I think we will definitely plan to return in late summer or early fall. No matter how many times you go to San Diego, there is always something new to see and do.

This condo is huge. Plenty of room for our trip (3 adults and 4 kids (baby, 4, 7 and 9 years old), well-equipped kitchen. Nancy's put in a high chair and portable crib for us. The condo was quiet & easy to sleep there. Beautiful sunset view and beach access. Getting into the condo felt like "National Treasure" or "DaVinci Code" because there were so many keys, locks, and secret codes, but I guess this makes it safe & secure.

The location of this Villa could not be better. It is right on the beach and close to restaurants and a lot of fun stuff. The only draw back was the kitchen equipment provided. We wanted to cook dinner instead of going out a few nights, but the pots and pans provided kept my wife for wanting to do that.

Nancy's vacation rentals was attentive and accomodating. The entire family, all 6 of us, were very comfortable in the accomodations. We had everything we needed. The bicycles and riding around Mission Bay was a plus. My only wish would be to be right on the beach.

Sail Bay was a great location for just my husband and I. The bay was clean, quiet, very family friendly, people running and biking along the path. At first we intended to stay on Mission beach, but thank goodness we don't, way too busy and crowded for our taste. But very close to hop on a bike and ride to mission beach.
This was not the condo we had intented to stay in, we had reserved "Kay's condo" but because of some unexpected maintenance issues, Nancy was able to get us this condo. For a family this is a great place, beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Our only issue was it had minimal views of the bay. The condo offers bikes and beach chairs which was great! -

We booked a rather last minute trip for a 3 day week-end in the Pacific Beach area at Posey's Rivera Villa. The condo was very, very comfortable, extremely clean with new and modern amenities in the kitchen. A special plus is that the condo came with bicycles for us to use during our entire stay. We had so much fun biking around Sail Bay and into Pacific Beach. Nancy was very accommodating and did everything to make us comfortable. I have been vacationing in San Diego for 8 years. This was my first experience booking through Nancy's Vacation rentals. For future trips, I will call her first!!!

We loved Posey's, it was a slice of heaven for our family on our Easter vacation.
There was plenty of room for four adults and two children under the age of four.
Posey's condo was stocked with a high chair, pack and play, beach toys for my grandchildren and bikes for the adults to use. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings with a wonderful view.
This condo had it all right down to the sunset views on Mission Bay. There is a playground my grandkids loved just up the boardwalk with nice bathrooms. The condo is a great value for families.
Easy access to Sea World, Zoo, Cabrillo National Monument and freeways to take you anywhere.
Drawback--be prepared to buy a bunkbed after you stay here, that is all my grandaughter talks about.
Once again Nancy's Vacation Rentals provided our family with wonderful accommodations on a trip to San Diego. We will definately return to San Diego in the future and rent via NVR.
We had 7 days of sunshine and incredible blue skies with warm days. -

The condo is very spacious and clean. The owner has it stocked with all the essentials. It even had a crib, playpin and carseat. There is a great view of the bay from the dining room and balcony.
We walked to the other side/beach side and the vibe is totally different from the area where this condo is located. This condo is on the bay and it is more peaceful and calmer atmosphere. If you are looking for a more louder party atmosphere- this is not it!
The condo could use a radio in the kitchen, and a cable tv channel guide. Other then that its fully stocked ready to go. I would def come back and recommend this place to my fam/ friends that want a peaceful getaway on the bay.

We stayed at this property for a week in May and found it absolutely perfect. The place was spacious, there were more than enough sleeping places, the access to the beach was just out the door, the short walk to the playground was great, and the laundry right out the front door was super convenient. We thought my two year-old daughter could sleep on the bottom bunk but instead she found a pack n' play in the huge walk in closet in the master and decided that was her room. It was funny, but she is two and couldn't be persuaded otherwise! With two little kids we really wanted to be on the bay side instead of the ocean, so this worked out perfect for a super low-key vacation. The place is two minutes from Sea World but we just played in the sand and water non-stop.

Nancy & Jeremy were wonderful and made everything so easy from making our reservation to getting us into the condo when the key was missing. The condo was comfortably supplied with everything we needed, including beach toys and towels. Our daughter and son-in-law drove from arizona and we flew in from Michigan. The living/dining room area was a perfect place to visit and relax as a family. Easy location and drive to local attractions. Loved the electric grill.

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 3 children under 7 yes. old. The condo was prefect for our needs. It had everything we needed right there. The beds were comfortable, the condo was beautiful! The location was amazing. Walking right out onto the beach and having miles of walking/running/biking path right there was great. We rode the bikes to the ocean beach, groceries, and to get takeout. Seemed to be within 10-15 min. of driving time from anything we did, sea world, zoo, balboa park, la jolla!! I can't say enough about how much we liked it there!

This condo was very clean, well-stocked with lots of towels and beach towels. I was also glad to find an iron and ironing board, even though I only did a few touch ups. The availabilty of the bicycles was great and we really wanted to use them, but we were so busy in San Diego doing lots of fun sight-seeing excursions that we just didn't find the time. I called just to report that the knob on the bedside lamp was broken, but when we returned that very same evening I was so surprised to find that they had already been in to fix it!! I was very impressed with that level of attentiveness to their clients. The unit was very roomy and met our needs completely, although I did wish that there was a hot tub for the cooler evenings.

We travelled with 6 adults and one infant and this place fit all of our needs. We were very comfortable, and it was a great trip for all of us. Nancy's vacations assisted us with a crib delivery prior to our arrival, and everything went very smoothly.
This condo is in a spectacular location, we were able to do all of the big tourist attractions with very minimal driving, and walked down the stairs right onto the beach everynight.
The only negative we found was that you definetly hear your neighbours, especially the floor above.
Other than that, the kitchen was set up great, and the bedrooms were all a very comfortable size. We would definetly rent here again. -

My wife, myself and 2 close friends spent the week at Posey's Villa last November. This was our second trip to San Deigo and our friends first trip. As we had rented from Nancy's Vacation Rentals in the past I was quite confident in using their services again. After going through the large selection of properties it was decided that we book Posey's Condo. The four of us really enjoyed the condo. The location was central to all the places we wanted to see. The condo was bright and spacious. We utilized all three bedrooms and no one complained of lack of space. The kitchen was well equipped (we had the majority of our meals in the condo). Windows surrounded the living room and dining area which makes for a very bright morning. It also allows for a decent view of the beach and lagoon. This was well received by all. We used the complimentary bikes to ride along the beach area. We enjoyed the sun and the sand. The only issue we had all week were the couchs in the living room. Though functional and fashionable they were not the most comfortable. After spending the majority of our days sightseeing, it would have been nice to curl up in a big old Lazy Boy. Instead we wondered down to the beach area and layed in the sand (we made due). Check-in was a breeze. All the information was laid out in our itinerary. We had no issues accessing the building and making our way to the condo after the long plane ride from Canada. It was a very nice and clean place to spend a week in San Deigo. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of renting it.

Private and Elegant, yet Cozy and assessable! My daughter and I stayed on this property and totally enjoyed our time on the beach, both walking and riding bikes. The interior of the condo is nicely decorated and well stocked for cooking and entertainment. We loved the peace and quiet, yet were close enough to town, restaurants, and plenty of waterfront activities.

This was our first time renting a condo, and Nancy's rentals made it so straightforward and easy for us. We had four adults and two small children. That allowed us to spend more time focusing on our vacation planning. The three bedrooms were just right for us. The kids loved the bunk bed, and the grandparents enjoyed their king bed. Everything we needed was available to us, and the unit had just been renovated and upgraded. It was right on the beach on Mission Bay, so it was easy enough to just go downstairs with the kids without having to worry about big waves or crowds. At the end of our stay we sort of wished we had a double sink, and our baby had hit his head on the hard floor while crawling, but other than these minor things, everything was simply perfect for our family. Next time we return to San Diego, this will be our first choice for a place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Posey's Condo. The location couldn't have been better and the condo itself was a home from home. Very well appointed kitchen meant we could eat in as much as we wanted to, without struggling to find the right utensil. The use of the bikes was the icing on the cake for us.
