This charming condo on Mission Bay offers up stunning views of the Bay. Watch serene sunrises and sailboats and its just a 3 minute walk across the peninsula to the majestic Pacific Ocean with its waves and colorful sunsets. Newly refurbished kitchen appliances and cabinetry. The unit is located in Mission Beach and provides easy access to the rest of San Diego. This is a ground level accomodation with the Master Bedroom on the second floor. There are two full bathrooms with a large shower in the Master Bath. New carpet throughout in 8/09 !

This "town house" was in a great location. Bottom floor of a 3 floor building, nicely laid out for privacy. The home was comfortably furnished. Not overly decorated. Our two teens had their own room with twin beds and we were upstairs in the master bedroom. It is true that the bay side is much quieter than the ocean side with less partying, but still good people-watching opportunities. There are also several boogie boards, buckets and shovels and 4 beach chairs. A couple of bikes would have been excellent, but you cant have everything!

We have stayed in the upstairs unit many times in the past and have always been very satisfied. This was the first year we rented the downstairs unit, and were a bit disappointed. The dishwasher door opened, and then fell all the way to the floor (hard, on my foot 2 or 3 times). Also, although the property sleeps 6, there was almost no glassware and certainly no full sets of 6 of any kind of glasses. The plastic drinking cups were all "crackley" and should be thrown away. I liked this condo very much, but the kitchen needs some attention. Other than kitchen issues, this condo is clean and roomy and has a very nice, large patio. Love the location on the the bayside.

We stayed here for kid's spring break, and really loved it. Perfect location, clean, awesome patio for lounging, kitchen stocked with many conveniences. Also had beach toys & chairs, which came in handy. You could tell the owner cares about customer experience. Only minor complaints would be garage, tough angle to get into, and the master bed is a little too firm. But would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!! Unit is well stocked. Would have been nice to know that there were beach chairs, boogie boards etc.
