This absolutely stunning property features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Most impressive is the almost completely glass living room which provides fantastic views of the ocean. 2 story wall of windows takes full advantage of spectacular ocean view; property is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 7; excellent location convenient to many San Diego attractions; parking is very tight and advise rental car to be no larger than compact

Overall satisfied. Would have like to have more than one towel and washcloth/person. Only one dishtowel. We had to call for sheets for the murphy bed. Beach towels would be nice since it is on the beach. This is the first place I've rented without beach towels and this is the 6th rental with SDVR. Dishes were dirty/lipstick on the glasses. No extra pillow cases for extra pillows. The place needs a broom and dust pan. Deck furniture was filty. A radio/sterio system would have been nice.

Great rental property for a large family. We spent the entire Thanksgiving holiday with my mom, and my brother and sister and their teenage / college age kids. Modern furnishings, nice kitchen with granite counters, good common area, and many places to sleep. We were able to fit 12, including a pull out bed upstairs. Location right on Ocean Front Walk, directly on the beach with big bay windows and many balconies, including a great rooftop. Steps right down to the sand. Our only complaint was that there could have been more basic amenities provided, like shampoo, soap, towels, etc. Perhaps ask for more in advance or just bring your own.

Vacation rentals are a bit different from hotel stays,we provide what we call a "Starter package" The initial necessities like soap, towels, dish soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, dishwashing liquid & 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 garbage bags.That way you will have those until the needed time to shop for an additional amenities you may need during your stay. We rented this beach house for out-of-town family attending our son's wedding in San Diego. The location, views (from 4 decks and every room), the layout and the decor was all fantastic! We walked, surfed and thoroughly enjoyed the beach right outside our door. No one will ever forget the wonderful time we spent at 3587 Ocean Front Walk in Mission Beach, October of 2012.

This beach house is amazing! It is very spacious & has a beautiful view! It was nice that everything was so close by. The only downfall is that the floors were really dirty, my son was black from crawling around on the floor. But overall great experience!

This was our Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration and we brought our family to San Diego, mostly from the East Coast. We were happy to find that the house was clean, comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The newly-remodeled kitchen had everything we needed for some great meals and had enough room for easy preparation of the meals. The many seating areas and comfy furniture suited all ages. The teens in the group loved being on the prom and loved the views from the decks. The beach equipment added to their fun. The property is well-maintained and the cleaning people made sure we had everything necessary, especially lots of extra towels.
If we could make any suggestions, we would suggest extra kitchen towels. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, but it would be good to have covers on the extra pillows. The grill was a real plus, however, you might check and replace the heat deflectors to make the grill's use even better.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Enjoyed every minute and came home with wonderful memories enhanced by having stayed at 3587 Oceanfront Walk. -

The place was amazing and definitely great for a large group! The condition of the property was decent. At first glace, everything was spotless and perfect. However, there were missing pillowcases on the beds(no extras to be found), the chairs on the dining table were unstable, and there were not enough bath linens for everyone(there should at least be one for every sleeping spot in the house), and the fireplace was fake! The property management was not the friendliest when it came to additional questions. I felt as if I was wasting their time. I will probably not use this agency when I rent in the future, but the house was great!

I hosted a large group from all over the country at The Entertainer's Dream, and that was exactly what it was.
Greatful to have avoided the "May Gray" we spent the days either lounging on the rooftop patios or just across the Boardwalk playing games.
As the evenings closed in the close proximity of both Pacific and Mission Beach social areas was great. No cab's needed just a nice stroll down the ocean front walk.
Amazing times had by all. -

We had about 12 people come in from both coasts for a friends birthday and loved staying here. The weather wasn't ideal since it was April and it's a crapshoot at that time of year, but even with grey skies and some rain, you couldn't beat the view and the location. I'd stay here again.

Our experience over all was wonderful. This house has a great location on Mission Beach. The place has 4 queens, and one of the queens is actually a bunk bed, which was unexpected, but was fine. The 5th bed is a murphy bed that was upstairs with the master. The murphy was comfortable and was private enough that it is fine to sleep two people comfortably. Be carful if you are renting two cars (or more). The parking is on premises, but is tight. I wouldn't do anything but a compact for either space.

San Diego has so much to offer and 3587 was perfectly located for us to access all the activities offered while also being able to take in wonderful Pacific Ocean Sunsets, Surfers and Dolphins. We had our entire family with 4 young grandchildren and the space allowed us to relax and enjoy watching them have fun.

Wow! Great location on mission beach. Accomodated our large group of 12 very comfortably. Had all basics (even a playpen). Felt larger than the mentioned square footage. Decorated nicely. We would book this home again!

We had a wonderful time and the location was fantastic! The living space is small for large groups. We would go back and stay again, if a few things were improved...the beds and pillows are in serious need of replacement and more towels are a must. When considering this house, 14 adults cannot sleep in this house; at best, 11 adults can be accommodated, if sharing. This needs to be clarified on the website. Outdoor lighting near back and side of house did not work.

what a amazing house and great service. The location and condition of this property is first class. The transaction and service was above my expectations.
I could not believe how easy the management company made the check in and out process. This is like renting a car from Hertz gold. You show up walk into the house and never have to deal with any paper work or ****. I have rented before and the check in and out process took valuable time from our vacation. Not the case here. They made sure everything was perfect without being in our way.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know and this rental company. SDVR does it right and makes it easy.
Thanks for a perfect house to make a perfect beach vacation for my friends and I.
