This delightful one bedroom condo is located on Ocean Front walk in Mission Beach just a stones throw from the ocean. It is the back unit for one of our oceanfront homes, 3667 Ocean Front Walk, located over that home's garage. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is an Economy unit with a first class view. It includes a BBQ, Microwave, kitchen appliances, TV, Stereo, and newer furniture but no laundry facilities. It is unlikely that there is another one bedroom condo in Mission Beach with a rooftop deck such as this! An excellent value!

My husband and I fell in love with this place. It was perfect for us. The Sun Deck was perfect, on top of the world, with the ocean straight in front of us. We plan on bringing our granddaughters back to San Diego and we hope this property will be available.

This property is perfectly located. SDVR was a wonderful company to work with , deposit came back quicker then expected and they were always very helpful. Cant wait to come back !!

Thank you for taking the time to review our property and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. Some of our property owners provide beach chairs in their units and some have made the decision not to include them, I'm very sorry this one didn't.We wish we could provide a later check out time for our guests and sometimes can accomodate depending on the arrivals for the day of departure. We have to have time for our cleaning crew to come in and launder all the soft goods and cleanthe unit to insure that it is ready for the next guest coming in at 3pm. We hope you understand and hope that you return in the future.

Location was great and the unit was good. However, the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. Also, the rooftop deck was great, but an umbrella is absolutely a necessity to sit and enjoy the view in the afternoon. Perhaps it could be stored inside the unit so it would not get stolen or worn out?
The unit was clean, but with no dishwasher, having the guest wash dishes for the next guest is NOT a good idea. The dishes were not clean. Also, the bathtub/shower was not very clean and had a dirt-and-germ-catching scalloped mat in the bottom of it. I know that textured mats are a must in shower floors, but this one seemed designed to hold athlete's foot!
We got locked out of the unit once due to the touchpad on the lockset not working, but we called the emergency number and got a very quick response and were back in in no time!
Overall, we were happy, but would like to see the items listed above changed. -

Overall experience enjoyable as always. Bathroom tub REALLY needs work..tile and faucets. Futons also need to be replaced. They are at least 8 years old/dirty.

we loved this cozy, clean, centrally located place! wouldn't change a thing... except the very early check-out time of 10am. in the future, i would look into a place that has a check-out of noon at least. thank you so much!

Great location and cute, the shower was a little gross, had a hole you could see into the drywall. Would have been nice to have a few beach toys, buckets, boogie boards, etc. available for the kids so we didn't have to buy or rent.

Located PERFECTLY between the Pacific Beach Shops, and Mission Beach shops. It was peaceful and quiet, but you could walk to those areas for restaurants and excitment. The private rooftop deck was amazing, and the sunsets were gorgeous! It was so nice to be able to lay out on the beach, and run back to the rental if we needed anything. It was easy to find, and the kitchen supply was awesome! We cooked every night! So happy we found this place. It was the best one out there for the price!
