I had an amazing stay in the condo overlooking the ballpark. The accommodations were clean, new, and well cared for. The views of the city and ballpark were great. I actually got to watch several games from the balcony. The condo is located in the heart of the ballpark district and only a 3-5 walk to the historical gas lamp district downtown. It was so nice not having to thing about getting in a car. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great experience staying in america's finest city. 5 stars on this one!

We loved our 2 months at Diamond Terrace. Everything is within walking distance, even Balboa Park if you like to walk. The condo is perfect for two. The view is wonderful and the location, in relation to Petco Park, couldn't be better. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. We brought our 2 dogs and appreciated the owner's willingness to allow us to do that. Throughout our stay we had occasion to meet with the owner and always found him to be reasonable and accommodating.

My wife and I stayed in November 2011.
It was our first visit to San Diego, so we wanted to visit as many San Diego attractions and areas of interest possible.
This condo was the perfect location to do just that! Short walk to the Gaslamp, and within walking distance to the Midway Museum. Also just a short drive to get to Little Italy, Old Town, and the freeways. A very easy building to find and the view of Petco Park is amazing! You could easily watch a Padres game from the balcony.
Very clean, quiet, and well maintained, with everything you need for your stay. Quiet, clean, and secure building as well.
The secure underground parking space was great for parking the rental.
The owner is a great person! Very friendly and easy to deal with.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful San Diego! -

stay in SD for a week in feb. the apartment was extremely clean, location was ideal, and amenities (garage parking, wifi, kitchen, security) were better than what any hotel could have offered. the experience was better than any hotel stay and i thoroughly recommend for anyone staying in the downtown area. great for conventions, baseball games, or just hanging out in an ideal location. gary (the owner) was very helpful, knowledgable, and helpful. great experience.
