This pet friendly, spacious, single story, 3 bedroom/2 bath unit with a large gated back yard is perfect for families with children of any ages . Just three houses from the bay and a short walk to the beach, it comes fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and bikes, plus a beach wagon for hauling things over the sand. A gas barbecue is available plus an umbrella covered table for outdoor dinning in the back yard. There is space for parking 3 small cars or one large vehicle and 1 regular car.
