Less than two miles to SeaWorld and Belmont Park with its historic wooden roller coaster and Olympic size indoor plunge built in 1925, and home of The Wave. About three miles to Old Town, and less than 7 miles to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the Embarcadero, Little Italy, GasLamp District, and prestigious La Jolla. We arrived late in the night after driving from la. The place had all the amenities we needed and more and it was nice and clean. It was just a pullout couch for the bed but it was still comfortable and that's all we needed as we were at the beach most of the time! The bikes were amazing to be able to use- we went all the way down to seaworld with them and it was such a treat! Nancy's rentals were very friendly and easy to deal with- especially because we are in little old New Zealand and had to figure out all the payments properly! Definitely recommend this place for a couple who want to be close to the beach and to sea world and it's quite a wee romantic studio/beach house. Would recommend hiring a car to see the city of san diego and the zoo and there's heaps of parking outside the studio. Have been telling my friends to stay here! Thanks guys

We loved this place! It is walking distance to both the bay and beach! Our place was cozy and so beautifully decorated! What a great little retreat! Can't wait to come back! Thank you.
