Our newest rental is in a very convenient location. Just 200 steps and your toes are in the sand of either the ocean or the bay! About a half mile North is Belmont Park with it's historical 1925 wooden roller coaster and Plunge, an indoor Olympic-size heated pool. Outside by the ocean is The WAVE, a man-made heated wave where you can eat lunch while you watch others try their skill at surfing or boogie boarding.... or try it yourself!

This was the nicest and most confortable appartment I have ever stayed in.

I stayed in this rental and thought it was very good value, it was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with kitchen equipment the only niggle being some of the crockery was chipped but I understand that has now been resolved
The beach is a stones throw away and getting downtown and around was easy
Nancy's Vacation were exceptional in there handling of any enquires and they will be my first choice in any futer visits -

A few steps away from both the boardwalk and the bay, this place was a perfect fit for our family, particularly with two little ones. Everything we needed was within walking distance in an area quite comfortable.
The apartment provided us with all that we needed for our holidays.

Nice place to live a wondefull San Diego experience, just near the pacific sea and bay of San Diego
Very well furnished, Tv's, WiFi, all the elecronical apparels
The best was that we have nothing to think about, we received before alle the informations needed to start the week in good condtions
The least, at the beginning the garage because we have a full SUV but after two Days, we were in with two SUV without any problem -

This was great! We were above the bakery and could get breakfast any time! It was not noisy at all. Just a few steps from the ocean. Would stay again!

The service provided during our stay was outstanding! There were a couple of issues that needed attending and someone from maintenance was dispatched immediately at resolved both items (refrigerator and ceiling fan).

This is a very well-kept, well-appointed two story unit. It is close to the beach and a very nice bakery. The only drawback is a lack of interesting views. There are buildings/alleys on 3 sides.

Very close to beach, & Belmont park. plenty of room for 6, I do recommend a new vacuum, some dishes were chipped & I did cut myself washing a cup & more bath towels. Other than that everything was great! Nice & cozy!!!

I stayed with a group of three other people for around 6 days at Pete's Mission Beach Getaway. The place looks somewhat rundown on the outside, but that completely belies the interior. The rental was clean and shiny, very pleasant to stay in. The fact that it was roughly a five minute walk from the beach (with bicycles supplied) was also a definite plus. The only thing I had a problem with was the somewhat sluggish response with a car that was parked in our garage such that we could not get our own in. That is a minor complaint, however. This is a great place to stay assuming you will be in San Diego for one week or less. It may get a bit uncomfortable after that.

I loved this place because it was exactly where you want to be in mission beach. A few steps from the beach, above a bakery that has the best cinnamon rolls. The home was clean and well furnished. Nancy's rental staff were extrememly helpful. Didnt like the coin operated washing machine and dryer. For me, its a must to have a washer in the rental. I would use Nancy's again, though
