Great little one bedroom condo fully furnished in this resort style condominium complex just minutes from the BEACH. Nice large POOL and huge JACUZZI spa, TENNIS COURTS, sand volleyball court, BBQs, GYM, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, game room with pool tables and ping pong, koi and duck pond are all make this a great vacation spot. Perfect view of SEA WORLD FIREWORKS from balcony every night. Minutes to beach (about a mile). 10 min to Sea World, 7 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to La Jolla, 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo and more.

Spent 3 months here last summer (2012) from June to august with 3 friends from Ireland. I have to say I had a great time in general, mainly due to staying at this accommodation. The apartment is located just south of sea world in Ocean Beach and its right beside everything you would want, i.e. liquor store down the road, CVS, two supermarkets and a host of restaurants etc. It is easily walkable to ocean beach boardwalk and the main ocean beach street. The place itself is great. Really nice pool and jacuzzi as well as bbq area, vollyball courts and tennis courts. Really chilled atmosphere with most of the other tenants living there. Brandon, the guy who rents the place, is very cool and very accommodating. He will really make it easy for you to enjoy your stay. The apartment was fully furnished, with stuff that you would only have in a home such as a waffle machine and a george forman grill. This was really handy for visiting students. All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend it to anyone. George, Ireland
