This rental was a beautiful spot. The home was up to date and very nicely decorated. The location was about a mile and a half from the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Everything that one needs to cook a meal was available. I loved the space of the apartment and the set up. I least liked the fact that the hall ways had central air and the apartment did not.

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic week in San Diego. It put us walking distance to the beach and bay, but close to the 5 freeway so we could get in our car and explore the surrounding areas without sitting in summer beach traffic (Sea World, Balboa Park, and Legoland were on our hit list- but there is so much to do in this town it's hard to choose!). The condo had super comfortable beds with firm mattresses and good bedding. The kitchen was better equipped than my own kitchen at home, and very user friendly. Baths were clean and new with great water pressure in the showers; the hand held showers made bathing our little ones and cleaning off sand a breeze. We loved having meals at the tables outside by the barbeque area and pool, and can't wait to come back again!

Unbeatable value. Apartment is elegantly furnished and super well kept. Kitchen and bathrooms new and well equipped. All hard wood floors. Clean but cozy decoration. Privacy from noise but walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, gym, beach (15 minutes), shops. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Pool and hot tub a plus. Access to laundry room very convenient.

This is the cutest place, very comfy. It fits both of best worlds : close to restaurants and bars in PB; but quiet and relaxing environment. I enjoyed walking everywhere, bike riding to the beach as the locals do; and a quick cab ride to downtown for a Gaslamp dinner.
The apt is remodeled, much cleaner than any hotel room you can find, amazing equipped kitchen to have a quick fix. Wouldn't mind staying here every time I am in town!
