The Mermaid's Penthouse is located North Mission Beach right on the ocean front top floor of the condo. This luxury complex has secured access from the beach and the patio. Parking provided behind the building. Enter through the patio and the elevator will take you up to the Mermaids Penthouse. Enjoy the panoramic ocean and sunset views from your living room. This is the only unit in the building with 180 degree views. You can also watch dolphins in the ocean!
Since it is on top floor you will have a lot of privacy from beach and boardwalk.
