We had a great experience staying here. Clean, comfortable, homely and at reasonable rates. Generous walk-in wardrobe and easy to use electrical appliances. The owner, Jen, was great to deal with and was very prompt to address any enquiries. Location is superb. Easy walk to Horton Plaza shopping center, Gaslamp district restaurants/bars, Ralph's supermarket, Seaport Village and Convention Center.

This property is everything represented in the ad and more. The location to the convention center is perfect ~ it is actually a shorter walk than many of the harbor side hotels! There is an awesome breakfast place, a bagel place and a coffee house all just around the corner, and all open by 6:30am. A big plus for us is the proximity to the light-rail trolley lines. The convention center stop is close enough for an easy walk but far enough so you don't hear the trains. The location of this condo cannot be beat! We especially loved that it was not right in the Gaslamp district (but rather one short block away) because the Gaslamp area can stay noisy later into the evening than we desire. Everything in the unit was as represented in the ad. Jen has an eye for detail and has things we didn't think to bring with us but needed. She even thought of two sets of house keys! The unit has a nice layout, tons of storage, easy access to the rooftop grills (which we used) and the super-size closet was a plus. The unit was very clean, no odors when we arrived and in very good repair. Everything is like new in the unit, the building seems new too. Ralph's grocery store is literally across the street. It is a specialty full-service grocery store. I cooked several meals in the kitchen, which was well appointed with things needed to make our meals. Also close by is a CVS pharmacy and a great church~ City Church ~ they gather across the street at Horton Plaza. The fitness facility on property is good for basic fitness. Jen was very professional from the beginning of our business with her. She promptly answered our inquiry, promptly invoiced us and handled everything as outlined in her arrangements. Any questions we had she promptly answered, and she was very prompt in returning our security deposit. We definitely recommend her condo for your stay and would definitely stay here again!

We went to San Diego for my fiance's work. We felt at home as soon as we walked into the condo. We were very close to the convention center for the conference that he was in town for, and close to shopping and adventuring for me (and for him when he wasn't busy). We also appreciate that Jen held on to our possible booking until we knew for sure that we were approved for travel. All in all a great place to stay to explore the city!

Stayed here for a convention at the convention center. Easy walk, and great location. In gaslamp, but on a quiet corner, with Ralph's 1 block away. There's a parking spot in the garage underground, good for rental cars. Stocked with lots of soft white towels, coffee, dvds, netflix, kitchen things, and so many comforts of home! It's beautifully decorated and clean. Jen was so nice and very helpful with every question and concern. Would definitely stay here again whenever in San Diego.

I thought that the condo was very nice. It was very spacious and had a very good location. For the first few days of our stay (2 people), I frequently went to the convention center, and it really couldn't be all that much closer if it weren't the Marriott itself. Later it was a good starting point for exploring Gaslamp or going somewhere on the trolley or whatnot. I did not have a car, although as I understand, there is parking available. There's a 24-hour grocery store right across the corner which is very convenient. Jen was pleasant to deal with and I experienced no problems whatsoever.

Jen's condo is a great place to stay. It's conveniently located to everything in San diego. The grocery store across the street was a bonus and made home cooked meals easier!
The condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Highly recommended.
