Come enjoy a serene, quiet, and tranquil time at our Crown Point retreat. Be sure to pack your journal, as you will want to pen your memories and thoughts while enjoying your stay.

This comfortable and cozy cottage-style condo is located just inches from the Mission Bay Marsh Reserve, an estuary of Mission Bay’s north coast. Just imagine yourself sitting out on your patio enjoying breakfast and watching local winged friends; including doves, hummingbirds, sandpipers, and terns to name a few. This condo has it’s own local doves that frequent our home, as well as it’s own roving hummingbird – be sure to watch for them during your... stay.

The reserve protects many of the coastal salt marsh habitats. Bring your binoculars so you won’t miss out on all of the wildlife and bring your long lens so you can get plenty of photos to take home for your memory book.

Enjoy 180-degree views of Mission Bay, day and night, stretching from San Diego’s downtown to SeaWorld. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings while relaxing on the deck watching the sky light up with fireworks.

San Diego’s attractions are too many to list, however, let us name just a few; SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Belmont Park (beachfront amusement park with historic wooden roller coaster and entertainment center), Qualcomm Stadium (home of the San Diego Chargers), Petco Park (home of the San Diego Padres), and 93 golf courses in greater San Diego. If that’s not enough, you can visit and enjoy over 70 miles of pristine beaches from La Jolla throughout Mission Beach and Mission Bay down to the California border. Our beaches offer a wide variety of water activities from surfing, sailing, sunning, personal watercraft, water skiing, fishing, swimming, and more.

This comfortable ground-floor two bedroom, two bath condo has been refreshed with new paint and many new furnishings, complete with original art created by our property owner. Enjoy watching your favorite movie, sports, or show on our new 44” flat screen TV with DVD in the living room while relaxing on our new 8’x10’ sofa, which is large enough to sleep two young adults if extra room is needed. Our master bedroom includes a king memory foam mattress, 32” flat screen TV, sliding glass doors and view of the estuary. And last, but not least, our guest room includes two single comfy beds and lots of closet space.

Some of the amenities you will have access too during your stay are just a few steps from your front door which include: heated pool (heated year round, with an awesome view overlooking the bay), hot tub. fitness room, and parking.
